Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有内壁和外壁的双壁杯，其中，在杯的上端具有杯口且在其下端具有底部。至少外壁主要由纸、纸板或类似物制成。
背景技术
从EP 1227043中可以得知这类双壁杯。对于这个设计，外壁由衬套形成，该衬套通常从下面推到形成内壁的内杯上。形成外壁的衬套在其上端和下端连接到内壁，其中，在衬套和内杯之间形成空隙，这为双壁杯提供了热隔离。
这类双壁杯显示了优良的隔离特性，使得它能够很好地用来存储和倒出温饮料或热饮料以及用于存储和倒出冰饮料等。内杯相似地由纸、纸板或类似物制成，其中至少内杯在其内侧上额外具有防水(fluid-tight)涂层。

发明内容
通过权利要求1的特征来实现本发明的目的。
根据本发明，这类双壁杯特征特别在于提供内壁的内杯插入到提供外壁的外杯中，所述内杯特别以可拆卸的方式连接在外杯，并且内杯由至少防水的塑料材料形成。
通过使用内杯和外杯，因为省略了从下面推到内杯上的在底部的衬套开口，所以双壁杯的结构在机械上更加稳定。如果内杯泄漏，这不会导致双壁杯泄漏，泄漏会使用户的衣服变脏。相反，外杯提供内杯中这类泄漏的收集方法，使得根据本发明的双壁杯不仅更加稳定，而且使用中更加安全。
内杯可以通过各种方式布置在外杯中，并且可以连接在外杯中或者连接到外杯。通过使用两个杯，可使用许多方法来可拆卸地连接，例如在内壁和外壁的区域中、在两个杯的可选择性利用的边缘区域中和/或另外在两个杯的底部区域中。此外，因为内杯由塑料材料形成并能够通过适当的塑料模铸技术以各种设计和变形来制造，然后能够简单地插入到外杯中，所以简化了内杯的制造。
内杯的适当的塑料材料是至少防水的，使得当用于可倾倒的或液体容纳物时，内杯被充分地密封。
为了提高外杯的保护能力，特别是对内杯的泄漏或者对包含在内杯中的食品或类似物的向外杯中流入的保护能力，并相似地提高至少防水设计，外杯可以在内侧和/或外侧涂覆有防水塑料膜。这个塑料膜(特别是在外杯外侧上的涂层)能够提高外杯的印刷能力，其中，通过对外杯使用纸、纸板或类似物已经确保了较好的印刷能力。
为了提高特别是液体食品从双壁杯的去除性，外杯可具有至少局部包围适当的上部外杯口的向外突出的边缘凸缘。这样，外杯稳定了外杯的形状，特别是在外杯口的区域中的形状，而且还简化了从杯中饮用液体食品。在有益的实施例中，相应的边缘凸缘能够形成为向外卷曲的卷边。适当的塑料膜还可以应用于这个卷边的区域中。
另外，为了简化从内杯移除上部密封件或者选择性地向对于外杯提供内杯的上部密封件，内杯可具有至少局部地包围其上部内杯口的内边缘凸缘。这根据需要能够以各种方式形成。
在有益的实施例中，内边缘凸缘能够至少在多个位置从上面接触外杯的外边缘凸缘。这样，可以通过彼此接触的两个边缘凸缘来从双壁杯中去除特别是液体食品。此外，在边缘凸缘的区域中提供了非常简单且充分的内杯相对于外杯的密封。

具体地，当使用在外杯上向外沿圆周方向向外突出的卷边时，可证明如果内边缘凸缘形成为倒U形并且内杯通过相应的U形翼从上面沿圆周方向夹住插入卷边的内杯。
然后，还可通过U形翼和卷边进行内杯和外杯之间的相应的可拆卸的连接。在这个连接中，摩擦接合连接是足够的。
还存在这样的可能性：内边缘凸缘基本上形成为径向向外突出的平坦的边缘凸缘，例如，所述平坦的边缘凸缘基本上只从上面接触外边缘凸缘或者卷边。这里，存在这样的可能性：这类平坦的边缘凸缘在外边缘凸缘上径向突出，并例如在其自由端形成滴注边缘。

优选实施方式

在相应的内边缘凸缘9的下面，以卷边7的形式布置外边缘凸缘5，卷边7是向外的卷圈。这个外边缘凸缘5布置在外杯3的上端，并包围它的上部外杯口6。
因此在图1中，由内杯2形成的内壁或内杯壁23(还参照下面的实施例)和由外杯3形成的外壁或外杯壁24(还参照下面的实施例)相接触，其中，在它们之间没有形成空气腔，并通过外杯3及其材料(例如纸、纸板或类似物)实现热隔离。
内杯2和外杯3在各个杯口的方向上成圆锥形地延伸，其中在这个例子中相应的锥角相等(还参照下面的实施例)。
在下面的图2至图4中，放大地示出了根据图1的细节“A”的各个实施例。在这些图以及所有其它图中，在每个例子中，相同的部分用相同的标号表示，并且有时只结合图来提及相同的部分。
在图2中，可以看到，密封箔28从上面应用到内边缘凸缘9的进行连接密封的平坦区域上。内边缘凸缘9具有倒U形，该倒U形带有向下指向的两个U形翼10和11。这些从上面与形成为卷边7的外边缘凸缘5叠置。这里，外侧U形翼10相对于卷边7的外侧是隔开的，形成自由空间。在每个例子中，内侧U形翼11以及U形翼的连接部分与卷边7或外杯壁24接触。
在图3的实施例中，各个U形翼10和11与卷边7紧密接触，使得通过外边缘凸缘5和内边缘凸缘9的接触形成实质上摩擦接合连接。
这也类似地适用于图4中的实施例，其中，它具有两个基本上相等的材料强度的U形翼，而在根据图3的实施例中，外侧U形翼10具有比内侧U形翼11更大的材料厚度。在根据图3和图4的两个实施例中，在每个例子中，U形翼10和11的连接部分形成有比U形翼更大的材料厚度。
在图5中，示出了双壁杯的第二实施例。这与根据图1的实施例的区别主要在于内杯2以它的下端20延伸到外杯3的下端21。因而内杯2的下端20这样形成，使得内杯2在某些部位接触在相应的底部29上，并在它们之间形成空气腔25。
内杯2和外杯3的相应的锥角26和27大小相等，其中，在内杯壁23和外杯壁24之间没有额外的自由空间来形成气腔等，而是两个杯壁在它们的整个高度上相接触。
在根据图6的第三实施例中，杯壁23和24被布置成至少在它们的纵向长度的绝大部分上相互隔开，其中，由于在垂直于竖直线36的方向上锥角26、27相等，所以形成基本上等宽度的空气腔25。
第三实施例的其它特征基本上与根据图1和图5的第一实施例和第二实施例中的特征相对应。
应该注意，对至此所描述的所有实施例可以形成与图2-4相应的各个细节“A”。
一方面，两个杯2和3的连接部分可以在相应的边缘凸缘5和9的区域中。参照图3和图4，例如，这可能实现为：在边缘凸缘之间形成摩擦接合连接。另外或可选地，粘合剂可以布置在边缘凸缘之间，或者还可以布置在内杯壁23和外杯壁24之间，或者布置在内杯2的下端20和外杯3的下端21之间，或者用于杯2和3的可拆卸的连接部分。参照图1，应用于内侧的以及可选地还应用于外杯3的外侧的塑料膜4可以被短暂熔化，然后在适当的点连接到内杯2。通过塑料膜的连接当然还可以发生在相应的边缘凸缘5和9的区域中。
相似地，存在这样的可能性：在根据图1、5和6的实施例中，锥角26和27不同，例如还是参照根据图7和图9的第五和第六实施例。这里，内杯的锥角26可小于外杯的相应锥角27，或者外杯的锥角27可小于内杯的相应锥角26。再参照图7和图9，由于不同的锥角，在内杯壁23和外杯壁24之间也形成相应的空气腔25。
根据图7的第四实施例由于内边缘凸缘9的不同定位和构造而与前面的实事例不同。还参照图8，这被形成为平坦的边缘凸缘12，图8是图7种的细节“A”的放大视图。这个平坦的边缘凸缘12通过它的下侧和它的自由端15而位于形成在外杯3的内侧13上的肩部14上。在肩部14之上，外杯壁24的壁部分19延伸高度39。这个壁部分19基本上平行于垂直线36延伸直到作为外边缘凸缘5的卷边7。肩部14的相应深度17小于平坦的边缘凸缘12的长度18，利用平坦的边缘凸缘12，在内杯口8的区域中，轴肩14与内杯2径向向外隔开。这样，再参照图7，由于利用在外杯3的底部29的方向上减小的宽度形成不同锥度26和27，所以在内杯壁23和外杯壁24之间形成了合适的空气腔25。
对于根据图7的第四实施例以及对于其它实施例，还可以根据图1形成内杯2，即与外杯3的底部29隔开。此外，对于这个实施例以及其它实施例，存在这样的可能性：在内杯2的内侧形成适当的轴肩，例如当双壁杯1一个接一个插入时轴肩用作堆叠辅助件，其中，这类轴肩防止这类杯子的堆叠深度太大，导致杯子的相互堵塞。
在根据图5、6、7和9的实施例中，还存在这样的可能性：当内杯2的终端充分地与外杯3的底部29隔开时，将合适的令人惊喜的礼物40布置在容纳空间22中。
例如，在根据图7的实施例中，相似地存在这样的可能性：肩部14的深度17基本上与平坦的边缘凸缘12的深度18匹配，并且形成空气腔25使得内杯2的锥角26大于外杯3的锥角27。这样，形成的空气腔25在底部29的方向上具有增加的宽度。
在根据图7和图9的实施例中，在每个例子中，内杯2完全定位在外杯3的内部30中，而在根据图1、图5和图6的实施例中，内杯至少以它的内边缘凸缘9从外杯3的内部30突出。
在根据图9的第五实施例中，平坦的边缘凸缘12被作为内杯2的内边缘凸缘9在不同的地点并以不同的方式固定到外杯3。这里，外杯3在其与卷边7隔开的内侧13上有槽16，其中，平坦的边缘凸缘12的自由端15插入到槽16中。这里，这个自由端15可以形成为倒角，用于相对于槽16改进配合和容纳。
第五实施例的其余特征与根据图7的第四实施例相对应。这些实施例的适当的变形也是可能的，例如，参照不同的锥角26和27，或者相对于外杯3的底部29的内杯2的隔开的端部。另外，锥角26和27的关系可以相反，即内杯的锥角26可大于外杯3的锥角27。
另外在根据图9和图10的实施例中，槽16的相应的深度小于平坦的边缘凸缘12的长度18。然而，相似地，存在这样的可能性：所述深度基本上与所述长度相对应，使得在槽16的区域中，相应的杯壁23和24相接触，利用在底部29的方向上增加的宽度形成相应的空气腔25。
在图7和图9中，仍设置双壁杯1的总高度37，这里总高度37由外杯3的高度确定。在图1、5和6中，两个U形翼10和11的连接部分的近似厚度(参照图2-4)加上在每个例子中外杯3的总高度，以获得双壁杯1的总高度37。
在根据图7和图9的实施例中，杯口的相应直径38由外杯3的直径38确定，其中，在图1、5和6中，这由在这个区域中的内杯2的相应直径确定。
应该注意：其它用于外边缘凸缘和内边缘凸缘的方法是可能的。例如，一种可能性在于：内边缘凸缘9形成为向外卷曲的卷边，该卷边从上面接合到在顶部的U形外边缘凸缘5开口中。相似地，存在这样的可能性：代替图10中的平坦的边缘凸缘12，卷边被形成为内边缘凸缘9，该内边缘凸缘9相应地与槽16接合。
根据本发明的各个实施例的其他变形和组合是可能的，例如，内杯2的下端20支撑在外杯3中的另外的轴肩上。
内杯由防水且气密性的塑料材料形成并可以以简单快捷的方式根据适当的塑料模铸技术来生产，所述塑料材料例如聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚酯、聚乙烯或者这些材料的组合。通过使用这类材料，内杯还具有足够的强度并具有足够长的使用寿命。
通过对外杯使用纸、纸板或类似物，可以容易地在其外侧印刷，其中，通过适当地应用到外侧的塑料膜例如聚乙烯可以进一步提高印刷能力。
Claims (30)
1.一种带有内壁和外壁、上杯口和下杯底的双壁杯(1)，其中至少外壁主要由纸、纸板形成，其特征在于：
内壁由内杯(2)形成，内杯(2)插入到提供外壁的外杯(3)中，所述内杯特别可拆卸地连接在外杯中，并且内杯(2)由至少防水的塑料材料形成，内杯(2)的下端(20)与外杯(3)的下端(21)隔开，在下端(20)和下端(21)之间形成容纳空间(22)，外杯(3)的下杯部分(32)可从上杯部分(33)拆卸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，用塑料膜(4)覆盖外杯(3)的内侧和/或外侧。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，外杯(3)具有朝外突出并至少局部地包围上部外杯口(6)的外边缘凸缘(5)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，所述外边缘凸缘(5)形成为卷曲的卷边(7)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，内杯(2)具有至少局部地包围它的上部内杯口(8)的内边缘凸缘(9)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，内边缘凸缘(9)至少在多个位置从上面接触外边缘凸缘(5)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，内边缘凸缘(9)至少局部地包围外边缘凸缘(5)。
8.根据权利要求5所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，内边缘凸缘(9)和外边缘凸缘(5)特别可拆卸地连接到一起。
9.根据权利要求5所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，内边缘凸缘(9)基本上形成为倒U形。
10.根据权利要求5所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，内边缘凸缘(9)基本上形成为径向朝外突出的平坦的边缘凸缘(12)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，平坦的边缘凸缘(12)至少在多个位置接触从外杯(3)的内侧(13)突出的肩部(14)。
12.根据权利要求10所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，平坦的边缘凸缘(12)以它的自由端(15)插入到围绕外杯(3)的内侧(13)的槽(16)中。
13.根据权利要求11所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，肩部(14)或槽(16)的深度(17)小于平坦的边缘凸缘(12)的深度(18)。
14.根据权利要求10所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，平坦的边缘凸缘(12)在其自由端(15)被倒角。
15.根据权利要求11所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，外杯(3)的壁部分(19)从肩部(14)基本上垂直地向上延伸到外边缘凸缘(5)。
16.根据权利要求1或2所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，特别是在圆周方向上，在至少内杯壁(23)和外杯壁(24)之间形成空气腔(25)。
17.根据权利要求1或2所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，内杯壁(23)和外杯壁(24)成圆锥形地向上延伸。
18.根据权利要求1或2所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，内杯壁(23)和外杯壁(24)的锥角(26、27)相等。
19.根据权利要求1或2所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，内杯壁(23)和外杯壁(24)的锥角(26、27)不等。
20.根据权利要求1或2所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，内杯壁(23)至少在多个位置从内侧接触外杯壁(24)。
21.根据权利要求1或2所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，内杯(2)由气密性塑料材料形成。
22.根据权利要求5所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，用于密封杯的内部的密封箔或盖子(28)可拆卸地连接到内边缘凸缘(9)或外边缘凸缘(5)。
23.根据权利要求1或2所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，内杯(2)和外杯(3)的截面在几何上是彼此相似的。
24.根据权利要求1或2所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，内杯(2)利用其下端(20)至少在多个位置位于外杯(3)的底部(29)上。
25.根据权利要求1或2所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，内杯(2)由聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚酯、聚乙烯或者这些材料的组合制成。
26.根据权利要求1或2所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，通过特别应用在外杯(3)的内侧(30)上的塑料膜(4)形成内杯(2)和外杯(3)之间的连接部分。
27.根据权利要求1或2所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，在下杯部分(32)和上杯部分(33)之间形成可按虚线撕开的带(34)或撕开线。
28.根据权利要求27所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，可按虚线撕开的短小突出部(35)连接到可按虚线撕开的带(34)或撕开线。
29.根据权利要求1或2所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，内杯(2)和外杯(3)通过粘合剂和/或通过机械相互作用连接到一起。
30.根据权利要求26所述的双壁杯，其特征在于，所述塑料膜(4)是由聚乙烯制成的。
