Abstract

321,176. Jahn, A. R. July 25, 1926. Linings, coatings, and coverings. -A flexible carton &c. 1 of paper &c. for milk &c. has its surfaces covered with cellulosic material applied in a liquid or plastic state and and secured by a separate adhesive. The adhesive such as copal gum may be mixed with the cellulosic material prior to its application to the carton. The cellulosic material comprises amyl acetate dope in which not less than two 2¢ per cent of nitro cellulose is dissolved, and to this mixture 8¢ per cent of copal gum may be added as an adhesive. Windows 10 of transparent paper may be provided in the carton. Specifications 106,375, [Class 18, Boxes &c.], and 112,158 are referred to.
