Abstract

1,261,531. Thermally insulated cups. MONO CONTAINERS Ltd. 30 Dec., 1968 [4 Jan., 1968], No. 693/68. Heading F4U. [Also in Division A4] In a double-walled drinking cup, the bottoms 16, 17 of the inner and outer are in contact over a major part of their area. The bottom of the inner may have an upstanding central protruberance (Fig. 3, not shown) or, alternatively, the bottoms may be shaped as shown in Fig. 2. The side walls of the latter embodiment have shoulders 18, 28 and are shaped to provide a closed air space immediately beneath the shoulders.
