Abstract
一种鱼用饲料配方,它由鱼粉、豆饼、矿物质、麸皮等物质组成,在上述成份中加入棉籽饼,矿物质、赖氨酸、鱼用多维添加剂等,即保证鱼用营养,又降低饲料成本,能保证鱼吃这种饲料后增重快,增加产量,本实用新型适用于鲤鱼、罗非鱼的饲料。
Description
本发明属于饲料技术领域,是一种鱼用饲料配方。
鱼类人工饲养,满足了市场需求,饲养鱼必须有相应的鱼饲料,养鱼池若不投放饲料,鱼无法生长,甚至无法生存,鱼饲料必须适应鱼的生长需要,提供鱼生长所需的粗胆白、氨基酸、碳水化合物、脂肪酸、维生素等营养物质。目前,市场上提供的鱼饲料采用鱼粉、豆饼、贻贝粉、矿物质混合物、赖氨酸、麦皮等组成。这种饲料虽然能够提供营养物质。但是其粗蛋白的含量大约在25-28%左右,不能满足鱼对粗蛋白需要。采用谷物及下脚料、植物性饲料、鱼粉、血粉、肉粉、蚕蛹粉等动物性蛋白饲料,矿物饲料和维生素饲料,每一种饲料的成份不同,只用几种饲料配制,不能满足鱼对各种营养成份的需要,因此,必须按照鱼饲料营养标准所规定的各项营养成份配制,棉花籽榨取油脂之后的饼粕叫作棉籽饼,棉籽饼中含有丰富的粗蛋白,粗纤维,价格低,但是棉籽饼有毒性,其中含有少量棉籽酚,对家畜有毒害作用,鱼食用后,无任何不良影响,采用棉籽饼作为配制鱼饲料的原料是可行的。
本发明的目的是提供一种营养成份含量高,成本低的鱼用饲料配方。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
1、鲤鱼饲料配方:
A、鱼粉4-10%、豆饼25-35%、棉籽饼5-10%、贻贝粉5%矿物质混合物2.5%、蛋氨酸和赖氨酸5%、麸皮余量,每吨上述原料加猪油25公斤,利特灵0.25公斤,每公斤加鱼用多维添加剂3.34克。
B、鱼粉15-25%、豆饼15-25%、棉籽饼5-15%、麸皮余量、玉米面12%、上白面粉5%、血粉3-5%、向日葵饼粉10%、骨粉2%、食盐1%,每公斤上述原料加矿物质添加剂15克,鱼用多维添加剂3.34克、赖氨酸和蛋氨酸各100克。
2、罗非鱼的饲料配方:
A、大麦麸皮余量、菜籽饼10-30%、棉籽饼10-20%、鱼粉10-18%、每公斤上述原料鱼用多维动物蛋白粉3.34克。
B、麸皮余量、豆饼15-35%、棉籽饼10-20%、鱼粉15%、玉米5%、槐树叶5%、大麦8.5%、生长素1%、食盐0.5%,每公斤上述原料加鱼用多维动物蛋白粉3.34克。
上述饲料采用常规的工艺过程,工艺路线是:配料→粉碎→搅拌→制粒→干燥→成品。
本发明饲料含粗蛋白、赖氨酸高,满足鱼的需要,促进鱼的增长。采用营养价值高,成本低的棉籽饼,使产品成本降低,有利于推广,采用棉籽饼,解决了鱼用饲料的原料不足问题。
下面结合实施例进一步说明本发明的技术特征。
实例1,采用鱼粉4%、豆饼35%、棉籽饼5%、麸皮40%、贻贝粉5%、矿物质混合物2.5%、蛋氨酸和赖氨酸5%,每吨上述原料加猪油25公斤,利特灵0.25公斤,每公斤加鱼用多维添加剂3.34克。饲料中粗蛋白含量34.55%、饲料系数1.74。上述配方加工成品后,每天喂3-4次,喂8个月,春季下鱼苗、秋季收鱼,每条增重0.25公斤。
实施例2,采用鱼粉7%、豆饼30%、棉籽饼8%、麸皮40%、贻贝粉5%、矿物质混合物2.5%、蛋氨酸和赖氨酸5%,每吨上述原料加猪油25公斤、利特灵0.25公斤,每公斤加鱼用多维添加剂3.34克,饲料中粗胆白含量40.6%,饲料系数1.74,上述配方加工成品后,每天喂3-4次,喂养8个月,每条增重0.25公斤。
实例3,鱼粉10%、豆饼25%、棉籽饼10%、麸皮40%、贻贝粉5%、矿物质混合物2.5%、蛋氨酸和赖氨酸5%,每吨上述原料加猪油25公斤、利特灵0.25公斤,鱼用多维添加剂3.34公斤,饲料中粗蛋白含量45.5%,饲料系数1.74,上述配方制成品后,投入养鱼池,春季下鱼苗,秋天收获,每天喂3-4次,共喂8个月,每条增重0.28公斤。
实例4,本实例配方适合罗非鱼,采用大麦麸皮50%、菜籽饼30%、棉籽饼10%、鱼粉10%,每公斤上述原料加鱼用多维动物蛋白粉3.34克,上述配方制成品后,投入养鱼池,喂养8个月,条增重0.125公斤,是罗非鱼较理想饲料。
实例5,采用大麦麸皮55%、菜籽饼20%、棉籽饼15%、鱼粉10%,每公斤上述原料加鱼用多维动物蛋白粉,饲料系数2.8,喂养罗非鱼8个月,每条增重0.126公斤。
实例6,采用大麦麸皮50%、菜籽饼10%、棉籽饼25%、鱼粉15%,每公斤上述料加鱼用多维动物蛋白粉3.34克,喂养罗非鱼,每条增重0.126公斤。
实例7,鱼粉20%、豆饼20%、棉籽饼15%、麸皮10%、玉米面12%、上白面粉5%、血粉5%、向日葵饼粉10%、骨粉2%、食盐1%,每公斤上述原料加矿物质添加剂15克,鱼用多维添加剂3.34克,赖氨酸和蛋氨酸各100克。饲料的粗蛋白含量40.6%,饲料系数1.8,上述配方加工成品后,喂养鲤鱼,每条增重0.25公斤。
实例8,鱼粉20%、豆饼25%、棉籽饼10%、麸皮10%、玉米面12%、上白面粉5%、血粉4%、向日葵饼粉10%、骨粉2%、食盐1%,每公斤上述原料加矿物质添加剂15克,鱼用多维添加剂3.34克,赖氨酸和蛋氨酸各100克,饲料含粗蛋白41.2%,饲料系数1.9,上述配方加工成品喂养鲤鱼,条增重0.26公斤。
实例9,鱼粉25%、豆饼15%、棉籽饼15%、麸皮10%、玉米面12%、上白粉5%、血粉5%、向日葵饼粉10%、骨粉2%、食盐1%,每公斤上述原料加矿物质添加剂15克,鱼用多维3.34克,赖氨酸和蛋氨酸各100克,饲料粗蛋白含量41%,饲料系数1.96。加工成品后,喂养鲤鱼,条增重0.26公斤。
实例10,采用麸皮30%、豆饼15%、棉籽饼20%、鱼粉15%、玉米5%、槐树叶5%、大麦8.5%、生长素1%、食盐0.5%,每公斤上述料加鱼用多维动物蛋白添加剂3.34克,喂养罗非鱼比市售鱼饲料平均增重0.126公斤。
实例11,采用麸皮30%、豆饼25%、棉籽饼10%、鱼粉15%、玉米5%、槐树叶5%、大麦8.5%、生长素1%、食盐0.5%,每公斤上述料加鱼用多维动物蛋白粉3.34克,喂养罗非鱼比市售鱼饲料平均增重0.126公斤。

本发明添加了价格低廉营养价值高的棉籽饼,提高了鱼的产量,降低了饲料成本,棉籽饼内含棉籽酚,对家畜有毒害作用,对鱼无任何危害,棉籽饼含粗蛋白高,满足鱼对营养的需求,各种营养成份进行了科学配制,使饲料中营养丰富,含有丰富粗蛋白,蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、各种矿物质、维生素、碳水化合物。
Claims (3)
1、一种鲤鱼用饲料,其特征是:以鱼粉4-10%、豆饼25-35%、棉籽饼5-10%、贻贝粉5%、矿物质混合物2.5%、蛋氨酸和赖氨酸5%和麸皮余量为原料,每吨上述原料加猪油25公斤,利特灵0.25公斤,鱼用多维添加剂3.34克。
2、一种鲤鱼用饲料,其特征是:以鱼粉15-25%、豆饼15-25%、棉籽饼5-15%、骨粉2%、食盐1%和麸皮余量为原料,每公斤上述原料加矿物质添加剂15克,鱼用多维添加剂3.34克,赖氨酸和蛋氨酸各100克。
3、一种罗非鱼用饲料,其特征是:以菜籽饼10-30%、棉籽饼10-20%、鱼粉10-18%和大麦麸余量为原料,每公斤上述原料加鱼用多维动物蛋白粉3.34克。
