Abstract

本发明公开了一种鱼营养补充料,它以高蛋白原 料豆粕为主要原料,还添加了磷酸氢钙、饲料酵母、花 生粕、食盐、氨基酸、维生素、矿微、防病药物、防霉剂、 粘合剂、油脂等。按传统饲料投喂总量的10—20% 补充该料,既能全面满足主要养殖鱼类的营养需要, 又可增加鱼类的应激能力和抗病能力,促进鱼类快速 生长,提高饲料效率,降低养殖成本。

Description

本发明涉及一种鱼饲料,特别是一种鱼营养补充料。
目前我国池圹养鱼仍然仃留在种草养鱼、肥水养鱼阶段,近年来,虽有部分蛋白质精料投入,但由于缺乏科学知识,投料单一,不能适应鱼类营养的需要,饲料消耗大,水质污染,池圹淤积严重,造成鱼发病率高,生长缓慢,个体规格不一等一系列问题。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能补充饲料中营养不足的补充料,以克服如上缺陷。
鱼营养补充料的主要原料为高蛋白原料豆粕,另外添加有磷酸氢钙、饲料酵母、花生粕、食盐、氨基酸、维生素、矿维等,考虑到防病、防霉变及便于制粒,还添加了防病药物、防霉剂、粘合剂及油脂。
鱼营养补充料的技术指标为,直径3.5-6mm,颗粒造粒成形率高于95%,浸水后保形时间不少于30分钟,水分不高于12%,粗蛋白质高于38%,粗脂肪高于4%,粗纤维低于8%,粗灰分低于22%,钙1.5-3.5%,磷1.3-3.1%,食盐1.2-2.5%。
该产品在以饼、粕、糟、渣、糠、麸、草等为饲料的传统养鱼基础上,一般按饲料投喂总量的10-20%补充,既能全面满足主要养殖鱼类的营养需要,又可增加鱼类的应激能力和抗病能力,降低养殖成本,增加养殖效益。
通过小试、中试及应用试验验证,应用该产品养殖成鱼,其生长速度提高17.6%,池圹亩产量提高20%,优质鱼产量提高/21.5%,节约饲料20%,总产饲料系数1.6,每亩增加利润295元,养殖经济效益提高30.9%,投入产出比为1∶2.31;应用该产品培育鱼种,鱼种生长速度提高26%,池圹亩产提高41.8%,节约饲料38%,总产饲料系数0.8,每亩增加利润431元,养殖经济效益提高76.6%,投入产出比为1∶2.6。

加工方法为:将原料粉碎,按比例配料,加蒸汽制粒(蒸汽压为3-4个大气压),颗粒冷却,经分级筛分离,即得成品。
