Abstract
本发明涉及一种高蛋白质饲料精,它含有四十多种营养成分。其主要组分有骨粉、石粉、鱼粉、蚕蛹、豆饼、土霉素、赖氨酸和多种金属盐类如硫酸铜、硫酸锌等,此外还有膨润土和碘盐。这些组分可以大大提高增肉率,增加猪的防病抗病能力,提高肉的品质。此外还可大大节省饲料,所以本饲料精既是一种全面的添加剂又是一种浓缩饲料。

本发明属于动物饲料,具体说是一种高蛋白饲料精。
猪是一种杂食性动物,需要多种营养成分。在实际饲养过程中,尤其是民间的猪饲料中,随着各地习惯的不同,成分也各不相同。归纳起来,主要有植物性饲料和动物性饲料两大类。植物性饲料又分糠麸类、饼粕类、薯类、野菜、野草、树叶、植物根茎类。动物性饲料有骨粉、蚕蛹等。上述饲料较多是单一的饲料,影响猪的增重率和防病抗病能力。全价配合饲料虽营养丰富,但成本高、用量大。
本发明提供了一种浓缩的能提高猪的增重率、瘦肉率和防病抗病能力的饲料精。
本发明含有高蛋白、氨基酸、维生素、抗菌素和各种微量元素,是一种含有四十多种营养成分的浓缩饲料。将这种饲料精添加到普通的农家饲料中,可克服单一饲料营养不全和不足的缺点,从而促进猪的快速增长,使日增长率提高到180~220%(与普通饲料比),此外,还可提高猪的防病抗病能力和猪的瘦肉率(提高5~10%),并大大节约粮食(比配合饲料少30%)从而降低了成本。

配方中,骨粉、鱼粉、蚕蛹、豆饼、赖氨酸中都含有大量的蛋白质,有植物蛋白和动物蛋白质。蛋白质是饲料中最关键的营养成分,它是促进猪的生长和增重的有效成分,赖氨酸也是第一限制性氨基酸。配方中各种金属盐类如硫酸亚铁、硫酸锰、碘盐、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、氯化钴等是猪良好生长发育的微量元素。土霉素、酵母片等成分可以使猪增加防病抗病能力。膨润土中含有11种微量元素,可以弥补上述微量元素之不足,从而有利于猪的生长发育。从上述可见,本发明的饲料精是一种营养丰富,有利于猪生长发育的饲料添加剂。在普通饲料中加入少量饲料精就可达到预期目的,可大大节省饲料。
本发明的制造工艺简单,设备要求不高,原材料来源广。生产时,只需把各组分按配比称重,然后分别粉碎至粉状,充分搅拌后即成高蛋白饲料精产品。蚕蛹可用焙干的。
实施例:
按下列各组分称重,骨粉25kg,石粉23kg,鱼粉8kg,蚕蛹6kg,豆饼12kg,赖氨酸9kg,膨润土6kg,碘盐6kg,土霉素0.5kg,酵母片1.4kg,硫酸铜2kg,硫酸亚铁0.45kg,硫酸锰0.23kg,硫酸锌0.4kg,亚硒酸钠0.01kg,氯化钴0.01kg(金属盐系用饲料级)。称重后的各组分粉碎至粉末状可为100目左右。然后把粉碎后的各组成混合充分即为产品。
用本发明饲料精喂猪大大缩短了猪的生长期,由一年出栏缩短至4~5个月出栏。增长0.5kg肉,通常需要4kg玉米,而用本发明的饲料精只要0.8kg玉米和50g饲料精,大大节约了粮食。本饲料精亦可添加在牛、鸡等家禽和家畜的饲料中。由于饲料精体积小,也有利于运输。

1、一种高蛋白质饲料精,其特征在于组分和配比如下:骨粉∶石粉∶鱼粉∶蚕蛹∶豆饼∶赖氨酸∶膨润土∶碘盐∶土霉素∶酵母片∶硫酸铜∶硫酸亚铁∶硫酸锰∶硫酸锌∶亚硒酸钠∶氯化钴=30~20∶20~30∶20~30∶10~3∶8~15∶6~11∶3~9∶8~3∶0.3~0.8∶2~0.5∶1~3∶0.3~0.6∶0.1~0.5∶0.3~0.5∶0.005~0.015∶0.005~0.015(重量比)。
