Abstract
以串叶松香草干粉为基质,配以经生物饲料制作剂处理的秸杆及贝壳或骨粉、饼粕和少量粮食加工的颗粒型饲料。用于饲养猪、鸡、鸭、兔等畜禽,营养丰富、适口性好,具有抗病,治病,促进畜禽提前发情,产仔或产蛋率高,生存率强的特点;其肉料比与普通配合饲料相同,但肉质更鲜美可口,每100kg饲料可节约粮食45~50kg,解决人畜争粮的矛盾其有重大现实意义。成本低,易于工厂化生产,因此价位低廉,仅为市售配合饲料的60%。
Description
本发明涉及动物饲料,具体为以串叶松香草为基质配以秸杆、饼粕、粮食、贝壳加工成的畜、禽复合饲料。
每年在饲养畜、禽方面,需消耗大量的粮食、尤其在中国,是一个人多地少的国家,人畜争粮的矛盾,愈来愈显得突出而受到关注从而寻求代替粮食的饲料。目前在饲养行业所用的配合饲料,其组成中,粮食占60~70%,虽其组成中添加了少量氨基酸、微量元素等营养成分,但其中的填充剂如糠夫等仍是营养较差的成份,添加的生长促进剂虽可加快畜、禽的生长速度,但饲养的畜禽(如猪、鸡、鸭等)肉蛋味道远不如纯粮食饲养的畜禽肉蛋鲜美。一种用于饲养反刍动物的优质青饲料-串叶松香草,经分析测定,它含有丰富的蛋白质、组纤维、维生素C、维生素E、胡萝卜素及动物生长必需的17种氨基酸等,是一种营养丰富,易种易管,产量高的优质饲料。有关部门试用它作为猪、鸡、鸭等畜禽饲料,以期更多的作为代粮青饲料,但因其叶面有毛剌和松香味,适口性差,畜禽不爱吃,以及受季节性限制不可能全年提供青饲料,而未得到顺利推广,因而多年来人畜争粮的问题,仍未得到较好的解决。
本发明的目的,克服目前以鲜串叶松香草为青饲料存在的适口性差、受季节限制的缺点,提供一种改进的以串叶松香草为基质,配以上其它辅料,加工成一种营养丰富、适口性好,不受季节影响,全年可提供畜禽饲养的复合饲料,并可节约大量的粮食。
串叶松香草青饲料只能在每年其生长成熟季节(5~10月份)提供饲料,为使饲养价值高的串叶松香草在全年都能利用,本发明采取在串叶松香草生长成熟期,将鲜草刈割后,即时晒干或烘干、粉碎加工成串叶松香草干草粉,以它为基质,配以经生物饲料制作剂处理的秸杆粉、饼粕、少量粮食、贝壳或骨粉等辅料,配制加工成以串叶松香草为主要成分的复合饲料。所述复合饲料的组成(重量)为:
串叶松香草干粉 35~50%
生物饲料制作剂处理的秸杆粉 15~25%
饼粕 5~15%
粮食 20%
贝壳 2~7%所述串叶松香草干粉是指新刈割,无腐烂的鲜串叶松香草经晒干或在60~80℃下烘干、粉碎,含水量10~15%的干草粉;生物饲料制作剂处理秸杆粉是由草粉生物饲料制作剂进行处理后的油粮作物秸杆,经烘干、粉碎的秸杆粉,油粮作物如玉米、高梁、大豆、花生、麦、稻、秸杆等,可以是它们中任一种或任两或多种混合秸杆,所述贝壳可是骨粉;各原料所粉碎的粉末为20~80目;加工成的串叶松香草干粉可在低温干燥条件下贮存,可提供全年配制饲料,随时取用。其具体加工步骤为:将已粉碎烘干的各原料,按上述配比在容器中混合均匀,进入造粒机中轧压加工成颗粒型饲料,颗粒大小可根据不同的畜禽饲养对象而定。
本发明的串叶松香草复合饲料,由于选用串叶松香草干粉作为基质而配之以其它辅料,不仅保证了饲料丰富营养成分(表1);而且贮存的由鲜串叶松香草加工的干粉,随时可取用,不受季节限制;并经上述配料复合加工成颗料型饲料后,克服了青饲料叶面带毛刺和有松香味适口性差的缺点。本饲料经饲养猪、鸡、鸭、兔表明:畜禽适口爱吃;并具有抗病,治病,促进畜禽提前发情,产仔或产蛋率高,生存率强等优点;其肉料比(每斤肉消耗饲料)与普通配合饲料相同,但肉质更鲜美可口,而每100Kg饲料却可节约粮食40~50Kg,对解决人畜争粮的矛盾,具有重大的现实意义。此外,由于串叶松香草,容易种植和管理,产量高,因而成本低,价格低廉。由原料配制加工成颗粒型复合饲料,工艺简便,易于大规模工厂化生产,投资低,因此本发明饲料的价位仅为市售配合饲料的60%,从而可降低饲养成本,可获得较大经济效益。表1以草代粮的串叶松香草复合饲料营养成份(主要指标)
1、猪饲料:

实例1
串叶松香草复合饲料的原料准备:
1.串叶松香草干粉:
选用生长成熟新收割的无腐烂的鲜串叶松香草(由江苏省大丰县特种经济动植物实验总场第一年播种产)在80℃烘干2-3分钟,控制水分含量为10~15%,用粉碎机粉碎成20和40目的干草粉,贮存备用;
2.生物饲料制作剂处理玉米秸杆粉
将玉米秸杆粉碎成20目和40目的秸杆草粉,将草粉生物饲料制作剂(粉剂,“禾生宝”牌,中国广州符勤生物制品工程有限公司产)500g溶于125Kg水中,配成水溶液,再用此水溶液拌和50Kg玉米秸杆草粉,使之湿润均匀,一把抓起来能挤出几滴水为度,然后置于陶瓷缸内压实密封存放,秸杆草粉变成金黄色时,80℃烘干,含水量10~15%备用;
3.玉米粉
将玉米80℃烘干3分钟分别粉碎成20目和40目;
4.饼粕粉
将市场购入的大豆饼粕分别粉碎成20目和40目;
5.贝壳粉
粉碎成20目和40目。
称取上述20目的串叶松香草干粉45Kg、生物饲料制作剂处理的玉米秸杆粉20Kg,玉米粉20Kg,大豆饼粕粉10Kg、贝壳粉5Kg于陶瓷缸中混合搅匀,然后,经滚筒压轧造粒(正昌牌造粒机,由中国江苏漂阳县生产)加工成粒度为0.6mm的颗粒型复合饲料,用其作为猪饲料,其主要营养成分见表1饲养猪的肉料比(每Kg肉/消耗饲料)为1/3~3.5。

方法步骤同实例1,仅串叶松香草干粉选用播种后第二年生长的鲜串叶松香草加工成的干粉,其用量为50Kg,生物饲料制作剂处理玉米秸杆干粉为15Kg,其它组分不变,加工成粒度0.6mm的复合猪或兔饲料,饲养兔的肉料比为1∶6~7。
实例4
方法步骤同实例1,仅用40目的原料粉,其中串叶松香草干粉为40Kg,生物饲料制作剂处理的玉米秸杆25Kg。加工配制成饲养鸡和鸭的0.2mm颗粒复合饲料,饲料营养成分见表1,肉料比为1∶5~6。

1、一种串叶松香草饲料,其特征是以串叶松香草干粉为基质,配以生物饲料制作剂处理的秸杆、饼粕、粮食、贝壳或骨粉加工成的复合饲料,其组成(重量)为:
串叶松香草干粉 35~50%
生物饲料制作剂处理的秸杆粉 15~25%
饼粕 5~15%
粮食 20%
贝壳 2~7%所述串叶松香干草是指以鲜串叶松香草经晒干或烘干,粉碎的干草粉;所述生物饲料制作剂处理的秸杆粉是由草粉生物饲料制作剂处理的油粮作物秸杆粉。
2、如权利要求1所述的串叶松香草饲料,其特征是所述复合饲料是颗粒型饲料。
