Abstract

"PNEU PARA RODAS DE VEìCULOS". A estrutura de carcaça (2) de um pneu compreende uma ou mais capas de carcaça (3, 31) cada uma formada de segmentos em tira (13, 33) incluindo elementos filiformes longitudinais (14) incorporadas em uma camada de material elastomérico (17). Os elementos em tira (13, 33) possuem respectivas partes de coroa (25) dispostas circunferencialmente em relação mútua lado a lado, e partes laterais (240 se estendendo radialmente nos costados do pneu. As partes laterais de capa de carcaça (3, 31) são cada uma pelo menos parcialmente revestida com pelo menos uma das partes laterais pertencentes a um segmento de deposição adjacente. Associadas com as capas de carcaça (3) existem estruturas anulares (4) que compreendem um par de elementos postiços inextensíveis (27, 28) na forma de um anel tubular que são ancorados às primeira e segunda capas de carcaça (3, 31) respectivamente e axialmente separados por um corpo de enchimento elastomérico (29). Uma estrutura de cinta (5), uma banda de rodagem (8) e costados (paredes laterais) (9) são combinados com a estrutura de carcaça (2) para definir um pneu (1).
