Abstract

Un neumático auto-portante para ruedas de automotores comprende una estructura de carcasa (2) que tiene al menos una capa de carcasa (3-a, 3-b) provista con lengüetas de extremo (19, 21) en enganche con estructuras de refuerzo anulares respectivas (4) que se disponen en relación coaxial con un eje de rotación geométrico del neumático en posiciones axialmente separadas entre sí, y cada una comprende al menos un primer inserto de anclaje anular (5-a) circunferencialmente inextensible; una estructura de cinturón (6) aplicada a la estructura de carcasa (2) en una posición radialmente externa de la misma, una banda de rodadura (9) aplicada en posición radialmente externa a la estructura de cinturón (6) y un par de paredes laterales (10) aplicadas sobre la estructura de carcasa (2) en posiciones lateralmente opuestas. El neumático auto-portante comprende, además, al menos un inserto de rigidez elástica (11) dispuesto en al menos una de dichas paredes laterales (10) y con una porción de extremo radialmente interna (15) dispuesta al menos parcialmente en una relación axial lado a lado contra el primer inserto de anclaje anular (5-a).
