Abstract

La carcasa (2) del neumático comprende una o más capas de carcasa (3, 31) formadas por piezas laminares (13, 33) que comprenden elementos filiformeslongitudinales (14) incorporados en una capa de material elastomero(17). Los elementos laminares(13, 33) presentan partes concavas (25) dispuestascircunferencialmente en relacion contigua, y partes laterales (24) que se extienden en forma radial en los flancos del neumático. Las partes laterales decada capa de carcasa (3, 31) estánparcia lmente cubiertas por al menos una de las partes laterales pertenecientes a una longitud de ubicacion adyacente.Unidas a las capas de carcasa (3) aparecen estructuras anulares (4)que comprenden un par de inserciones inextensibles(27, 28) e n forma de anillo quese fijan a la primera y segunda capa de carcasa (3, 31) respectivamente y están separadas axialmente por un cuerpo de relleno elastomero (29). Un cinturon (5),una banda de rodamiento (8) y flancos (9) se combinan conla carcasa ( 2) para formar el neumático (1).
