Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE COMPOSTOS". A invenção refere-se a um método para a produção de ácido 6(4-clorofenil)-2,2-dimetilo-7-fenil-2,3-diidro-lh-pirrolizin-5-ilacético, em que 5-benzil-3,3-dimetil-3,4-diidro-2H-pirrol é reagido com <87>-bromo-4cloroacetofenona, para fornecer 6-(4-clorofenil)-2,2-dimetil-7-fenil-2,3diidro-1H-pirrolizina, com introdução do grupo ácido acético na posição 5, por meio do que 5-benzil-3,3-dimetil-3,4-diidro-2H-pirrol é obtido por hidrogenação de 2,2-dimetil-4-oxo-5-fenilvaleronitrila ou um cetal. A invenção refere-se ainda a métodos para a produção de intermediários ocorrendo no método acima.
