Abstract

Un aderezo para alimentos que disminuye niveles elevados de colesterol en suero y baja la presion saguínea elevada. Dicho aderezo comprende de 2 a 98% enpeso de un esterol vegetalo derivado de esterol vegetal, de 0 a 30% en peso de magnesio, de 0a 30% en peso de calcio, y de 0 a 50% en peso de potasio.Además, se dan a conocer un método para producir dicho aderezo, métodos para preparar productos alimenticios tales como: pan, galletas o bizcochos,embutidos o productos de carne picada, unamezcla de manteca-aceite vegetal, escabeche, alino para ensaladas, mayonesa y yogurt y el uso de dicho aderezoen la preparacion de productos alimenticios.
