Abstract
Una confitería helada que consta de una masa de una preparación helada que contiene leche y una cantidad discreta de sorbete, donde el sorbete esesencialmente no pegajoso y tiene una composición que en la forma de solución sorbete tiene un valor de reometría mayor a 1.0.
