Abstract
La invención se refiere a un producto de confitura de baja temperatura que comprende los siguientes ingredientes: a) entre un 0% y un 8% de su peso en cacao sólido sin grasa; b) entre un 3,5% y un 15% de su peso en nata de leche; c) entre un 15% y un 25% de su peso en manteca de cacao, equivalentes o sustitutos de grasa dura de manteca de cacao o combinaciones de los mismos; d) entre un 35% y un 55% de su peso en agua; e) entre un 9% y un 20% de su peso en leche sólida sin grasa; en el entendido de que b+f sea mayor o igual que un 14%. El producto de confitura se almacena a baja temperatura, es decir en un refrigerador o congelador, pero puede ser consumido directamente del congelador/heladera o a temperatura ambiente.
