Description
PATENTKRAV 1. Frosset, beluftet konfektureprodukt, der ikke indeholder orkidéprodukt, kendetegnet ved et overløb på 15% til 80% og en strækbarhed på mindst 30%. 2. Frosset, beluftet konfektureprodukt ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved et overløb under 40%. 3. Frosset, beluftet konfektureprodukt ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved et overløb mellem 25% og 40%. 4. Frosset, beluftet konfektureprodukt ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved en strækbarhed over 50%. 5. Frosset, beluftet konfektureprodukt ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det indeholder en effektiv mængde polysaccharider valgt fra gruppen bestående af xanthan-gummi, guargummi og CMC eller en vilkårlig blanding deraf. 6. Frosset, beluftet konfektureprodukt ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at det indeholder mindre end 0,5% (vægt/vægt) fedt. 7.
