Abstract
Se proporcionan métodos y composiciones en la presente para el uso de una forma mutante novedosa de enterotoxina termo-lábil de E. coli, la cual ha perdido su toxicidad pero ha retenido su actividad inmunologica. Esta enterotoxina se usa en combinacion con un antígeno no relacionado para lograr una respuesta inmune incrementada a dicho antígeno cuando se administra como parte de una preparacion de vacuna oral.
