Abstract

Se proporcionan un acero inoxidable de doble fase y un tubo sin soldadura de acero inoxidable de doble fase que tiene alta resistencia, alta tenacidad y resistencia a la corrosión deseable. Un acero inoxidable de doble fase o un tubo sin soldadura de acero inoxidable de doble fase de la presente invención tiene una composición que incluye, en % en masa, C: de 0.002 a 0.03%, Si: de 0.05 a 1.0%, Mn: de 0.10 a 1.5%, P: 0.040% o menos, S: de 0.0005 a 0.020%, Cr: de 20.0 a 28.0%, Ni: de 4.0 a 10.0%, Mo: de 2.0 a 5.0%, Al: de 0.001 a 0.05% y N: de 0.06 a 0.35% y en el cual el resto es Fe e impurezas secundarias, teniendo el acero inoxidable de doble fase o tubo sin soldadura de acero inoxidable de doble fase una microestructura que contiene de 20 a 70% de fase austenítica y de 30 a 80% de fase ferrítica en volumen, teniendo el acero inoxidable de doble fase o tubo sin soldadura de acero inoxidable de doble fase una fluencia, YS, de 448 MPa o más y que contiene inclusiones de óxido de las cuales las inclusiones de óxido que tienen un diámetro de partícula promedio de 1 µm o más tienen una densidad numérica de 15/mm2 o menos y a lo más 50% en masa de las inclusiones de óxido que tienen un diámetro de partícula promedio de 1 µm o más son inclusiones de óxido que contienen aluminio.
