Abstract
Se proporciona un tubo de acero inoxidable de alta resistencia sin costura para productos tubulares de uso petrolero. También se proporciona un método para fabricar el tubo de acero inoxidable de alta resistencia sin costura. Un tubo de acero inoxidable de alta resistencia sin costura para productos tubulares de uso petrolero de la presente invención tiene una composición que comprende, % en masa, C : 0.002 a 0.05%, Si: 0.05 a 0.50%, Mn: 0.04 a 1.80%, P: 0.030% o menos, S: 0.002% o menos, Cr: más de 14.0% y 17.0% o menos, Ni: 4.0 a 8.0%, Mo: 1.5 a 3.0%, Al: 0.005 a 0.10%, V : 0.005 a 0.20%, Co: 0.01 a 1.0%, N : 0.002 a 0.15%, y O: 0.006% o menos, y que cumple con las fórmulas predeterminadas, y en el que el resto es Fe e impurezas incidentales. El tubo de acero inoxidable de alta resistencia sin costura que tiene una microestructura que contiene austenita anterior que tiene un tamaño de grano promedio de 40 µm o menos, el tubo de acero inoxidable de alta resistencia sin costura que tiene un límite elástico de 758 MPa o más.
