Abstract
Se proporcionan un acero inoxidable de doble fase y un tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable de doble fase que tienen alta resistencia, alta tenacidad y una resistencia deseable a la corrosión. Un acero inoxidable de doble fase o un tubo sin costura de acero de doble fase de la presente invención tiene una composición que incluye, en % en masa, C: entre 0,002% y 0,03%, Si: entre 0,05% y 1,0%, Mn: entre 0,10% y 1,5%, P: 0,040% o menos, S: entre 0,0005% y 0,020%, Cr: entre 20,0% y 28,0%, Ni: entre 4,0% y 10,0%, Mo: entre 2,0% y 5,0%, Al: entre 0,001% y 0,05%, y N: entre 0,06% y 0,35%, y en donde el resto es Fe e impurezas incidentales, el acero inoxidable de doble fase o el tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable de doble fase tiene una microestructura que contiene entre 20% y 70% de fase austenítica y entre 30% y 80% de fase ferrítica en volumen, el acero inoxidable de doble fase o el tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable de doble fase tiene un límite elástico, YS, de 448 MPa o más, y contiene inclusiones de óxido, en donde las inclusiones de óxido que tienen un diámetro de partícula promedio de 1 mm o más, tienen una densidad numérica de 15/mm² o menos, y como máximo el 50% en masa de las inclusiones de óxido que tienen un diámetro de partícula promedio de 1 mm o más son inclusiones de óxido con contenido de aluminio.
