Abstract
Se proporciona un tubo de acero inoxidable sin soldadura para productos tubulares de uso petrolero que tiene un límite elástico de 655 MPa (95 ksi) o más, y una excelente resistencia al agrietamiento por corrosión bajo tensión de sulfuro. También se proporciona un método para fabricar el tubo de acero inoxidable sin soldadura. Un tubo de acero inoxidable sin soldadura para productos tubulares de uso petrolero de la presente invención tiene: una composición que contiene, % en masa, C: 0.10% o menos, Si: 0.5% o menos, Mn: 0.05 a 0.50%, P: 0.030% o menos, S: 0.005% o menos, O: 0.0040% o menos, Ni: 3.0 a 8.0%, Cr: 10.0 a 14.0%, Mo: 0.5 a 2.8%, Al: 0.1% o menos, V: 0.005 a 0.2%, N: 0.10% o menos, Cu: 0.01 a 1.0%, Co: 0.01 a 1.0%, y Ca: 0.0005 a 0.0030%, y en el que el resto es Fe e impurezas incidentales; una microestructura que contiene como máximo 20 inclusiones no metálicas que tiene una relación de composición predeterminada de CaO y Al2O3 y un eje mayor de 5 µm o más por 100 mm2; y un límite elástico de 655 MPa o más.
