Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una toxina nueva y a un método para preparar un intermediario de la misma. En particular, la presente invención se refiere a una toxina nueva y a un método para preparar los compuestos intermediarios (III) y (IV) de la misma y a un método de preparación para sintetizar lo que se muestra en la fórmula general (I). El método comprende someter un compuesto quiral, mostrado en la fórmula general (III), a una serie de adición de grupo protector, eliminación de grupo protector y amidación para obtener un compuesto como se muestra en la fórmula general (I). El presente método tiene las ventajas de una condición de reacción suave, operación simple, pureza óptica alta y rendimiento sintético alto, y es adecuado para producción a gran escala. (ver fórmulas).
