Abstract

La presente invención pertenece al campo de síntesis orgánica. La presente invención proporciona un método de síntesis de un compuesto de fenilisoxazolina. Se usa 2-fluoro-4-cloro-5-metilanil ina como material inicial para sintetizar primero un anillo de uracilo y luego sintetizar un anillo de isoxazolina para obtener un compuesto objetivo, compuesto de fenilisoxazolina (VII). (ver Fórmulas) La definición de cada grupo en la fórmula se explica en la descripción. El método de preparación proporcionado por la presente invención se puede usar ampliamente para la síntesis de uracilo que contiene fenilisoxazolina, mejora en gran medida el rendimiento, reduce efectivamente el costo y es fácil de producir industrialmente.
