Abstract

Se mejora mediante el siguiente método la resistencia a la fatiga de una unión soldada a traslape 10, en la cual una porción de solapamiento 12a de un primer material de acero 12 y una porción de solapamiento 14a de un segundo material de acero 14 se superponen entre sí, y una porción de borde del primer material de acero 12 se suelda a una cara frontal 14b del segundo material de acero 14 con una zona de soldadura 16 que se extiende a lo largo la porción de borde. Primero, cuando una dirección perpendicular a una dirección de extensión X de la zona de soldadura 16 y paralela a una cara frontal 14b del segundo material de acero 14 definida como una dirección de referencia Y, se restringe el movimiento de la unión soldada a traslape 10 en la dirección de referencia Y, y se restringe el movimiento del primer material de acero 12 y del segundo material de acero 14 en su dirección de espesor de láminas. En este estado, una porción 14a del segundo material de acero 14 se calienta de manera que una porción fundida 18 se forma en la porción 14a del segundo material de acero 14.
