Abstract
Se provee una junta soldada por arco que tiene excelente resistencia a la fatiga en al cual la dureza de una capa superior de una porción de punta de soldadura se incrementa para suprimir la presentación de fisuras, y de la cual una zona afectada por calor en una dirección de grosor de placa se estrecha para suprimir el desarrollo de una fisura. También se provee un método para fabricar el mismo. Una junta soldada por arco en ángulo formada por soldadura por arco de al menos dos miembros metálicos comprende una porción refundida formada por irradiación por láser en una región que incluye un límite de una porción de punta soldada de al menos un miembro metálico que se ha soldado por arco en ángulo y una zona afectada por calor producida por la soldadura por arco en ángulo de una superficie del miembro metálico. La junta soldada por arco en ángulo se caracteriza porque la porción refundida está en un área con una profundidad no mayor a 1/2 del grosor de placa del miembro metálico de la superficie del miembro metálico, en donde la austenita previa tiene un tamaño de grano de cristal efectiva en promedio no mayor a 20 µm en la zona afectada por calor a una profundidad de 0.1 mm de una porción de límite refundida, que es el límite de la porción refundida en la superficie del miembro metálico, en la dirección de grosor de placa del miembro metálico.
