Abstract

Se proporciona un método de soldadura para obtener una junta soldada de filete de solapa la cual tiene una excelente resistencia a la tracción y la cual no se rompe mediante un metal de soldadura cuando se somete a una carga a la tracción sin aumentar la deformación de soldadura. En este método, se solapa una primera placa que tiene una resistencia a la tracción de 780 MPa o más con al menos una ubicación que se soldará de una segunda placa de acero y después se realiza la soldadura de filete entre el extremo de la primera placa de acero y la superficie de la segunda placa de acero. Se proporciona una parte de refuerzo en la superficie de la primera placa de acero en el lado opuesto a la superficie que solapa la segunda placa de acero y se realiza la soldadura de filete entre un extremo de un material de refuerzo y la superficie de la primera placa de acero. Además, se realiza la soldadura de filete de modo que un metal de soldadura cubra el extremo de la parte de refuerzo y un espacio entre el extremo de la primera placa de acero y la superficie de la segunda placa de acero.
