Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un método para fabricar un componente soldado, en donde cuando menos una pieza de material se coloca entre piezas de metal que van a ser soldadas juntas. Se logra cuando menos una saliente (5, 13, 23, 33, 43) para cuando menos una de las piezas de metal (3, 4; 11, 12; 21, 22; 31, 32; 41, 42) que van a ser soldadas juntas, y cuando menos se logra una abertura (2, 14, 24, 34, 44) para cuando menos una pieza de material (1, 15, 25, 35, 45) la cual se coloca entre las piezas de metal (3, 4; 11, 12; 21, 22; 31, 32; 41, 42) que van a ser soldadas y aisladas (16, 17; 26; 36) de las piezas de metal que van a ser soldadas. Cuando menos una parte de la saliente (5, 13, 23, 33, 43) en una de esas piezas de metal que van a ser soldadas juntas se lleva a través de la abertura (2, 14, 24, 34, 44) con el fin de tener contacto mecánico a través del extremo superior de la saliente (5, 13, 23, 33, 43) con la segunda pieza de metal que va a ser soldada. La soldadura (37, 38, 39) de las piezas de metal juntas se lleva a cabo enfocando el efecto de la soldadura a la superficie de la segunda pieza de metal que está en conexión con la saliente a la primera pieza de metal que va a ser soldada. La invención también se refiere al uso del componente.
