Abstract

Se describen productos alimenticios de consumo bajos en aceites o grasas los cuales comprenden un sistema conservador y un método natural. El sistema conservador tiene una mezcla de isotiocianatos alifáticos y aromáticos y es adecuado para uso en una variedad de productos para el consumo con refrigeración periódica, así como también un ciclo de temperatura para lograr un producto alimenticio de consumo bajo en grasas que es microbiológicamente estable y seguro mientras que carece de sabor a mostaza indeseable y/o quemado.
