Subs came out today.

And Fushi just wants to grant everyone's dreams according to his words. Perhaps these took a toll on him recently after being through so much. Got some background story on Rean Cropp. I really do hope Fushi can keep it together because mentally, he is feeling broken.

Crunchyroll accidentally uploaded episode 14 today.

WHY CR, did you take out Episode 13 (due to NHK's incomplete airing) and release Episode 14 instead (1 week early)!?

The remnants of Fushi having to deal with quite the circumstance on his hands of Tonari and the others feeling quite homesick, for example with Gugu losing his mask and wearing the hat that Rean made for him, even with Booze Man, these are memories that he can't forget. At least Bon is interceding on the international affairs taking care as his spokesperson, though Hairo does fare no better with Gugu in school, with the latter being bullied. And Fushi interfering on the latter's behalf wearing Nando's mask to take down his bullies, it's just an affair that will never go away, as much as the wanting to return to Takanaha remains a pivotal moment in his life.

It's back to school, and while Mizuha is nowhere to be seen, Tonari sure hasn't made any plans to leave just yet. But while her philosophy on life definitely gave Fushi something to think about, with some like March being able to integrate herself in the modern world, it's just heartache and pangs for a world that they weren't meant to be in, in the first place.

What to do with this heartache that calls for home? Fushi's dilemma is only getting a lot deeper and more complex.

Crunchyroll labeled as episode 14 but for some reason removed episode 13.

The one they uploded today is definitely episode 14 though. (titled Where One Belongs).

You’d think with one job Crunchyroll could do it right, but nope. Two weeks in a row I’ve had to pirate because the service I pay for doesn’t have the episode, whatever.

Started a little slow, but really nice to see Gugu get so much focus for once and finding out his brother passed his memory on down through their descendants is so beautiful. It’s a nice contrast with Fushi’s anxiety over being forgotten as his friends adjust to life in the modern world.

Speaking of Fushi, best girl Tonari as usual keeping it real with and giving Fushi great advice. Just because it’s not wartime doesn’t mean people won’t have struggles, that’s what being human is about. You take the good with the bad. His concern about everyone leaving him behind since he’s immortal hit me hard tho ๐Ÿ˜ญ it’s a concept that ALWAYS gets me emotional.

In many ways, this season feels like the start of Fushi’s journey and true beginning of his life as a human. Gonna be interesting to see how he works through the range of emotions he’s dealing with. The real healthy solution would be to realize that that’s just simply life. People come and go, they’re born and die, we’re only here for a fleeting moment and that’s what makes this thing called life special.

Also, bro putting a question mark on his test because he ain’t know any of the answers is frying me lmao. I think his first step to becoming human is going to class.

After a string of episodes that made me rage to the screen everytime the whore of Mizuha was on screen we finally get one without her and it's about change and adaptation. Guga and Hayro certainly have had their problems at school, mostly due to the rest but it's good to see that they're trying to deal with them and more so how Lyn's legacy resulted in a festival entirely for him, how sweet.

I hope Fushi takes Tonari's advice for once and actually begins to understand how to live and let go. Sure, you wanna make sure your loved ones are safe but you don't want to spoil them either. Let them rise to their heights and tackle whatever they have in their own path.

An actual solid episode of To Your Eternity in the year 2026? Fushi still being emotionally retarded is going to fuck up things for everyone involved with him and maybe the story will progress to some sort of second war?/confrontation with the nokkers.

But, this all arc has been such a mess and a downgrade from the last 2 seasons (pretty clear from the fact that the author maybe got bored and the editor wouldn't let him finish the manga or sth along those lines); But, it is hard carried by the nokkers subplot and this episode somehow.

Nevertheless, good episode!

I understand why they had to delay Episode 14. But why tf did CR even remove Episode 13 in the first place? Just leave it alone! And now they've removed Episode 13 and accidentally uploaded Episode 14. Their incompetence never ceases to amaze me.

Anyway, no new OP or ED? Well, this was expected. This was the same series that used Pink Blood for 2 seasons after all, something I never saw any other anime do. Though it still would've been nice if they did a new OP or at least changed the visuals.

So, Fushi's not happy that everyone's basically moving on with their lives. I'm actually surprised none of them are actually angry at Fushi for bringing them to this shitty world. Instead, they're all trying to adapt to their new lifestyles. But that probably upsets Fushi even more. Dude is just lonely. He doesn't want his friends to move on without him. Fushi, being an immortal non-human, probably doesn't fully grasp what moving is like for humans. This is such an interesting concept. I wonder how he's going to learn to move on too.

Gugu's story about when he spawned in Takunaha was heartwarming tho. It's cool that he became a local legend, and his descendants care about him so much. Also, did they have cameras in Gugu's time? Where did they get that photo lol? I really don't remember. Fushi giving him Rean's mask was nice too, even if it was a copy. I wonder if Gugu really doesn't want to move back for his little brother tho.

Fushi really thinks March will be small forever. That scene was both funny and sad. Ig next episode will be flashbacks of how the others died. That's gonna be interesting.

So here's the thing: Crunchyroll aired ep 13 during a few hours last week but removed it because the Japan broadcast was interrupted by an earthquake alert and the full broadcast in Japan got delayed to today.

Crunchyroll is supposed to air again ep 13 today, but instead they skipped 13 and aired ep 14 for a few hours (I managed to watch it and it was definitely ep 14).

But CR have now also removed ep 14, and ep 13 is still nowhere to be seen on CR website and apps.

@Lanzeca they might release 13 and 14 back to back next week (they did it once with one show when they messed up and missed a broadcast) but I reported to Crunchyroll that they released something that has not aired in place of something they took down and they did this instead

Out of all the 50+ episodes this one might be the biggest trainwreck. Not because the episode was bad but because we've come this far and Fushi still has no idea what it means to be human. People are just living their lives and going their own way and he cannot comprehend it. Whatever the alien orb equivalent is of a midlife crisis.

@Neneaux i think that is the whole point of season 3, it wants to deepens fushi's understanding of human feelings. Fushi were so obsessed protecting his friends from nocker in the last two season, he was so obsessed destroying them that he doesn't have quality time with his friends.

He even barely cares about talking to other people (other than his friends) and expanding his knowledge because he is fixated on how to defeat the nokkers, bcs black told him that it is her whole purpose in life. Now that things are a bit more distant and peaceful, I think it’s the right time for Fushi’s to get to know about his friends more.

I know its kinda annoying that it tooks lot of time but i think its the right choice that the writer just make fushi's emotional growth to begin in this arc

This is my best episode of the season so far.
I may not be able to express my impressions perfectly, but I’ll try.

This episode brought back old memories and served as a follow-up to Gugu’s influence on the people around him.
The good memories and meaningful moments shared by Rean, Gugu’s brother, and the elders continue to give them strength.
Even though they know Gugu is gone, they choose to live on and look up to him.
Those memories are what turn Gugu’s hardships in the past into smiles in the present, giving everyone hope and the will to keep living.

The episode beautifully connects the past with the present.
Each person carries their own struggles and regrets,
but in the end, they must cope with them and find their own answers in order to achieve true happiness.
Fushi tried to solve everyone’s problems for them, but that isn’t always the right solution.

This is the most human aspect of the anime—and it’s what I love most about it.

When Gugu talked about Rean, I cried rivers. She stayed unmarried until the day she died in honour of her one true love that is Gugu and his brother kept the Booze Grandpa's liquor store alive to this date and Gugu's village celebrate him as some kind of a Guardian beast.

Fushi imagined what kinda hell it would be for him when Machi grow up and leaves him.. ๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿ’”

Each of these people who Fushi brought back must leave Fushi someday 'cause that's what being human is all about. You grow up.

Great episode, although I understand that the broadcast of episode 14 was a mistake by Crunchyroll. Currently, episode 13 is showing on CR, but I couldn't resist and went to watch episode 14 through other means.

It makes me smile how Fushi tries to make all his friends happy in the era in which they were revived, but he still doesn't understand how humans work, which is understandable. He is an immortal being, and his very nature prevents him from understanding how humans live a life limited in time and with concerns unique to human beings.

this is getting heartbreaking
a show with concept of immortality and revive always had it in store aooner or later
nut this is it
Fushi knows emotion now, his friends want to live their lives and die leaving behind regrets and attachments as its normal for humans to do.
but they have that choice, fushi does not, fushi is right now about the single most powerful emtity in the world but cannot find a reason to live. he doesn't want to go into controlling humanity not be worshipped, he will "soon" loose all his friends, and even the Black Thing, his creator, the one that has the biggest relation to him, that knows his purpose and is able to view humanity like fushibis closer than ever to reach his ultimate goal, death. fushi will be all alone and sad.
he needs someone to need him, because the sphere had no ego to start with.

maybe thats why mizuha exists, a human completely obcessed with him willing to reincarnate forever to stay by his side and love him. but is it fair? probably not

I feel for Fushi as I have been there. Few things in life is as painful as losing and growing apart from friends/loved ones, especially people one has known since childhood. Relationships that you thought would last forever but never did.

What Tonari said was 100% correct but man.... it sucks and I see where Fushi is coming from.

And another pretty damn good episode that I loved. This season doesn't have the greatest highs compared to the previous seasons, but it's still good, and I'm enjoying it. And I'm not even a fan of slow, Slice of Life animes or anything of the sort, but I'm enjoying these chill, introspective episodes in this season quite a lot.

It seems Fushi is afraid of parting ways with his comrades, but that's life, Fushi; you need to let go and have them do their own lives and accomplish their dreams in the new life you gave them. I also loved the part when Gugu was in his hometown, that picture with Rean hits me in the feels, oh the feels man, with that awesome, emotional soundtrack in the background, which I loved from S1. This episode got me a bit emotional, and I was watching it with a smile.

So far, I'm not disappointed by this season, and I hope it stays like this.

Honestly it's going to be hard to reconcile what score to give this season. A great episode like this one where Fushi delves into the thoughts, feelings and lives of his friends while walking down memory lane with Gugu. Is completely in contrast to the rest of the crap that's aired with it.

Seriously I enjoyed this episode a lot. But this season also contains copious amounts of boring episodes about Mizuha, not to mention the random pedo character and his sister that actually got whole episodes dedicated to them. It boggles the mind why she wanted to write or focus on characters like that but whatever.

I love how we got a sort of closure for Gugu's story (his first life). Gugu's arc, for me, is where this show peaked, so it was nice to see those flashbacks.
I always thought that his face was still disfigured under the mask, but I am glad that was not the case (Judging by his classmates' reaction?)

While I understand Fushi, he is still frustrating to watch.
