infant swimming resource
just wanted to share a fun thing that kayla sent to me a few weeks back. christian and i are totally amazed by this program, we are definitely going to have our kids do it. i also think that christian should become an instructor, that would be really cool. anyway, it’s infant swimming resource and it’s a program that teaches children as young as 6 months old to swim! isn’t that incredible? well, at that age it mainly teaches them to roll over and float on their back (fully clothed, while crying/sleeping, etc.) to survive. the videos of babies and toddlers doing this is fascinating. kayla sent us one that’s not actually on the official website, here is the link.

i just got back yesterday from an amazing trip with kayla to hawaii. we spent a few days on the north shore of oahu, then in maui, on the big island, and then the last two on the beach in waikiki. i can’t really say what my favorite part of the trip was, but some highlights were surf lessons, snorkeling at molokini crater, street food, swimming at waikiki, and laughing with kayla!
