La storia racconta del proprietario di una fabbrica che produce estratti di fiori, che deve affrontare i problemi al lavoro e una lunga serie di sfortune, e la moglie che lo tradisce con un gigolo.
Un imprenditore, produttore di estratti di fiori, si trova a dover gestire una crisi sentimentale/sessuale con la moglie, un vicino di casa logorroico, dei dipentendi assolutamente bizzarri ed un incidente sul lavoro che potrebbe compromettere tutto quello per cui ha sempre lavorato. Il tutto condito da un amico Guru, interpretato da uno spassoso al quanto fatto Ben Affleck.
