I am caught up for the Layer Cake Quilt Along now! That feels great! Here is block #4.

I finished the 3rd block for he Layer cake Quilt Along this afternoon. I have one more to go and then I will be caught up!

I was thinking about a new, big, challenging project for 2011. I found this Block of the Month at The Quilt Show. 


I have always wanted to do a red and green quilt. I think this might be it.
What do you think?

I have been staying on my self-imposed schedule. I completed another Birdsong block and have another prepped ready to go. I need to make 3 of each block. This one is 35 inches long.

I am a bit behind schedule in the Layer Cake Quilt Along, but I completed block two yesterday. During Christmas vacation I will get caught up on blocks 3 and 4.
