I finished up this table runner tonight-just in time for Halloween. Too bad we only had 4 Trick-or-Treaters.
This pattern was a quilt as you go one I found while following the Fall-o-ween Quilt Designers Blog Hop.
This pattern was from Gudrun's World GE Designs.
I just love candy corn!

Halloween Fun
Wow! What a fun day at school today! It was Halloween, of course!
We played math games in the morning. The school costume parade was in the afternoon, followed by a sweet treat fest - every 2nd grader's dream come true.
My co-teacher and I were the famous children's book characters Frog and Toad.

A Weekend on the Salmon River
We had a great, long weekend on the Salmon River in Idaho. Renata had a really hard time hiking, but she made it! Next time she will need raft support to get there! That didn't keep her from enjoying the sun laying around in camp!
Sara was good company!
Every pack train need a good dog wrangler. I usually get this job! But do you hear me complaining?
We had a great time at our favorite camp! I read Mountain Time by Ivan Doig. Great book!
Here are the other members of the trip enjoying their time outdoors!

Charming Chatter Quilt Along
I finally got around to taking the picture of my finished Charming Chatter Quilt Along project. I made this quilt with a Happy Campers by American Jane honey bun. I washed it for a more retro, used look. I'm really happy with it!

Hike to Lena Lake
We did our annual hike to Lena Lake in the Bob Marshall Wilderness today. It was rainy, muddy, foggy, and cold. It was Sara's first trip there and she had an awesome time!
She and Lily were so muddy that we had them swim in Holland Lake before driving home.

Sweetwater Halloween Favor Bags
I joined the Label Crew at Sweetwater's blog. Each month you get labels and the instructions for a cute little project. Yesterday, I finished the Halloween Favor bags for October. They are so cute. I gave one to my husband's mom, his aunt, and his sister. I kept one for myself. It is filled with Hubby's favorite Dove Milk Chocolates. Friend, Wendy, helped with the photo as Hubby was working and had the camera with him! She rocks!
