Teams management has been implemented , so the total number of creatures as player quest. Some scenarios happear possible. BTW, team management seem to work , but need to be tested. Ciao C. |

Well, you may know that Qt4 RC1 is now out so the release is really soon now... It seems clear (for me) that Attal 1.0 will use Qt4... But when will we switch to qt4 ? for next release or we wait a bit ? (note that it implies some (non trivial ?) changes of code...) My work this days on code will certainly to do the port on qt4-rc1 (but no commit for the moment) because I hope qt4 will be release before the end of july so I think that we should release next version with it... but you may have different point of view ? Yes, for some stories we still have lack of graphics. So, we have to rebuild it all to scenarios like human vs nothing (like the 1st) or human vs 1 or more humans. Or we can find a graphist :) |

Well, I like these ideas for the campaign (even if the last scenarii are not yet possible with current version) Now we have to find good names (for campaign, scenarii, lords...) and maybe write some stuff about this story (about lords, for the moment we have only 2 lords with correct 'face': One elf and one mercenary if I remember well) Who do what ? Well, 6 scenarii are far enough for a first campaign! your scen "1" can be something like I described in my previous mail... For the scen "3", it could be the other (elderly) brothers !! (life is sometimes hard) An idea from what you say: some scenarii can be played on same map!! but with different opponents and creatures on it... could be a good idea :) (different starting position too or small modifications...) I had an idea (for a first scenario of a campaign), but it uses winning condition not yet implemented (but not too hard to implement...) -> the player must build an army (for example 150 knights, 500 archers and 700 pikemen). He has a castle in an 'unknown' territory (where he could find external building for producing more such creatures or other bases....) 1. Well, the first scenario can be a kind of training. For example, you are a son of a old baron, living far from the capital. And you have to persuade everybody, that you can be a good baron and warlord 2. Your enemy is a bandit. After your father's death he decided to become a new baron. He says everybody, that you are too young and weak. He must die. 3. After your victory in the war with the bandit, your neigbours decided to conquer your territory and divide it. So, you have to kill them all 4. You know, that mighty dragon has stolen a princess. His cave is not far from your castle. It is time to become a dragon hunter 5. Mighty and crazy magician wants to live forever. He has decided, that he needs your young wife's blood. She is a princess. So, you have to save her and a kingdom 6. Old and evil demon has sent his warriors to conquer your kingdom. You, as a general, have to destroy them That is for beginning |

Attal seem quite mature to start a real campaign: i start the thread to accept ideas, suggestion about this campaign.. They are 2 scenarios, right now: 1)save a town from a phoenix 2)fight against an enemy lord to control a rebel territory.. Other suggestions (and scenarii) are welcomed. C. |
