Ol'bar campaign and the resolution of some minor problems in windows 
installation.

I have almost completely removed the need for GraphicalCell from the
libClient (almost, not quite,) but I am having trouble getting
scenarioEditor to work correctly. scenarioEditor will compile and run
stably, but clicking on the map doesn't do anything. When
scenarioEditor is working perfectly again, and I have reviewed changes
with you, I will commit it to CVS. Afterwards I can work on completely
removing the GraphicalCell class.
