Abstract

Устройство для изготовления чугунов согласно типичному воплощению изобретения включает (i) по меньшей мере один восстановительный реактор с псевдосжиженным слоем, который восстанавливает и пластифицирует железную руду, превращая ее в восстановленные материалы; (іі) плавильный газогенератор, в который для изготовления чугуна загружают восстановленную руду и вдувают оксиген; и (ііі) линию подачи восстановительного газа, которая подает восстановительный газ из плавильного газогенератора в восстановительный реактор с псевдосжиженным слоем, причем восстановительный реактор с псевдосжиженным слоем включает циклон, установленный в нем для сбора тонкомеленой железной руды. К циклону присоединена газовая форсунка, которая предотвращает слипание тонкомеленой руды вдуванием карбоносоджержащего газа.
