- для профилактики, снижения прогрессирования, замедления развития или лечения метаболического нарушения,
- для улучшения гликемического контроля и/или снижения уровня глюкозы в плазме крови натощак, постпрандиальной глюкозы в плазме и/или гликозилированного гемоглобина HbA1c,
- для профилактики, снижения, замедления или обращения вспять прогрессии нарушенной толерантности к глюкозе, резистентности к инсулину и/или состояний от метаболического синдрома до сахарного диабета типа 2,
- для профилактики, снижения прогрессирования, замедления развития или лечения состояния или нарушения, выбранного из группы, включающей осложнения при сахарном диабете,
- для уменьшения массы тела или профилактики увеличения массы тела или ускорения снижения массы тела,
- для профилактики или лечения дегенерации бета-клеток поджелудочной железы и/или улучшения, и/или восстановления функции бета-клеток поджелудочной железы, и/или восстановления функции секреции инсулина поджелудочной железой, и/или
- поддержание и/или улучшение чувствительности к инсулину и/или лечение или профилактика гиперинсулинемии и/или резистентности к инсулину.
6. Фармацевтическая композиция по любому из пп.1-4 для применения при снижении уровня глюкозы в крови пациентов, страдающих от диабета.
7. Фармацевтическая композиция по любому из пп.1-4 для применения при улучшении гликемического контроля у пациентов, страдающих от диабета.
8. Фармацевтическая композиция по любому из пп.1-4 для применения при улучшении гликемического контроля у пациентов, страдающих от диабета в состоянии натощак и/или после еды.
9. Фармацевтическая композиция по любому из пп.1-4 для применения при повышении уровня ГЛП-1 в плазме крови пациентов, страдающих от диабета.
10. Фармацевтическая композиция по любому из пп.1-4 для применения при лечении и/или профилактике заболевания, нарушения или состояния, чувствительного к повышению уровня ГЛП-1 в плазме крови.
11. Фармацевтическая композиция по любому из пп.1-4 для терапевтического применения, например для улучшения гликемического контроля у диабетических пациентов с высокой резистентностью к инсулину.
12. Фармацевтическая композиция по любому из пп.1-4 для применения при лечении и/или профилактике диабета типа 1, диабета типа 2, нарушенной толерантности к глюкозе, резистентности к инсулину, гипергликемии, гиперлипидемии, гиперхолестеринемии, дислипидемии, синдрома X, метаболического синдрома, ожирения, гипертензии, хронического системного воспаления, ретинопатии, нейропатии, нефропатии, атеросклероза, дисфункции эндотелия и остеопороза.
13. Фармацевтическая композиция по любому из пп.1-4 для применения при снижении массы тела или лечении ожирения.
14. Фармацевтическая композиция по любому из пп.1-4 для применения при лечении дислипидемии, гиперлипидемии или гиперхолестеринемии.
15. Фармацевтическая композиция по любому из пп.1-4 для применения при лечении метаболического синдрома (синдрома X).
16. Фармацевтическая композиция по одному из пп.1-4, где композиция является пригодной для одновременного, последовательного или отдельного применения агониста GPR119 и ингибитора ДПП-4.
17. Фармацевтическая композиция по одному из пп.1-4, где агонист GPR119 и ингибитор ДПП-4 присутствуют в одной лекарственной форме.
18. Фармацевтическая композиция по одному из пп.1-4, где агонист GPR119 и ингибитор ДПП-4 каждый присутствует в отдельной лекарственной форме.
19. Ингибитор ДПП-4 по любому из пп.1-3 для применения в комбинации с агонистом GPR119 по п.1 или 4.
