Йогурт на основе цельного коровьего молока, содержащий растительный наполнитель, подсластитель и закваску из Streptococcus thermophilus и Lactobacterium bulgaricus, отличающийся тем, что в качестве растительного наполнителя йогурт содержит сок или плоды актинидии, а в качестве подсластителя - экстракт стевии при следующем соотношении компонентов, г: ! молоко коровье 3,2% жирности 1000 плоды или сок актинидии 5 стевия (экстракт) 0,1 закваску из Streptococcus thermophilus и Lactobacterium bulgaricus0,01 ! 2. Йогурт по п.1, отличающийся тем, в качестве закваски используют Streptococcus thermophilus и Lactobacillus delbrueckii. 1.
