Стабилизатор 0,1-0,5 Бактериальный препарат: лиофилизированный концентрат молочнокислых бактерий и бифидобактерий 0,5-1,5 Наполнитель 15-25 Мука солодовая 3,5-4,5 Молочные продукты Остальное ! 2. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве стабилизатора используют пектин или караггинан или молочный белок. 1.
