Abstract
1. Способ лечения повреждений ткани спинного мозга с использованием субатмосферного давления, при осуществлении которого: ! размещают пористый материал вблизи поврежденной ткани спинного мозга так, чтобы обеспечить прохождение газа между одной или несколькими порами пористого материала и поврежденной тканью спинного мозга; ! уплотняют пористый материал по месту вблизи поврежденной ткани спинного мозга так, чтобы обеспечить сохранение субатмосферного давления в поврежденной ткани спинного мозга; ! функционально соединяют пористый материал с вакуумной системой для формирования в поврежденной ткани спинного мозга субатмосферного давления; и ! активируют вакуумную систему для обеспечения в поврежденной ткани спинного мозга субатмосферного давления. ! 2. Способ по п.1, в котором используют пористый материал, имеющий, по меньшей мере на определенной поверхности, поры, достаточно мелкие для предотвращения прорастания в них ткани. ! 3. Способ по п.1, в котором используют пористый материал, имеющий, по меньшей мере на определенной поверхности, поры, размером превышающие размер фибробластов. ! 4. Способ по п.2 или 3, в котором упомянутая определенная поверхность расположена вблизи от поврежденной ткани спинного мозга. ! 5. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором используют пористый материал, размер пор которого достаточно крупный, чтобы способствовать формированию грануляционной ткани в других тканях пространства, окружающего поврежденный спинной мозг. ! 6. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором используют пористый коллагеновый материал с открытыми порами. ! 7. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором используют пористый матери�
Claims (42)
1. Способ лечения повреждений ткани спинного мозга с использованием субатмосферного давления, при осуществлении которого:
размещают пористый материал вблизи поврежденной ткани спинного мозга так, чтобы обеспечить прохождение газа между одной или несколькими порами пористого материала и поврежденной тканью спинного мозга;
уплотняют пористый материал по месту вблизи поврежденной ткани спинного мозга так, чтобы обеспечить сохранение субатмосферного давления в поврежденной ткани спинного мозга;
функционально соединяют пористый материал с вакуумной системой для формирования в поврежденной ткани спинного мозга субатмосферного давления; и
активируют вакуумную систему для обеспечения в поврежденной ткани спинного мозга субатмосферного давления.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором используют пористый материал, имеющий, по меньшей мере на определенной поверхности, поры, достаточно мелкие для предотвращения прорастания в них ткани.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором используют пористый материал, имеющий, по меньшей мере на определенной поверхности, поры, размером превышающие размер фибробластов.
4. Способ по п.2 или 3, в котором упомянутая определенная поверхность расположена вблизи от поврежденной ткани спинного мозга.
5. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором используют пористый материал, размер пор которого достаточно крупный, чтобы способствовать формированию грануляционной ткани в других тканях пространства, окружающего поврежденный спинной мозг.
6. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором используют пористый коллагеновый материал с открытыми порами.
7. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором используют пористый материал, встраивающийся в биологические среды.
8. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором используют пористый электроспряденный материал.
9. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором используют литой пористый материал.
10. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором используют пористый материал, полученного с применением технологии печати.
11. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором используют пористый материал, содержащий полигликоль и/или полимолочную кислоту.
12. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором используют пористый материал из полидиолцитрата.
13. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором используют пористый материал, содержащий полидиолцитрат и коллаген.
14. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором в качестве пористого материала используют по меньшей мере один из материалов, включающих пену, пену из поливинилового спирта, полимерную пену с открытыми порами.
15. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором в качестве пористого материала используют по меньшей мере один из материалов, включающих пористый лист и гибкую листовую сетку.
16. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором используют пористый материал из полиэтилена и/или полиэстера.
17. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором используют пористый материал, включающий эластин, гиалуроновую кислоту, альгинаты или их сочетание.
18. Способ по п.1, в котором обеспечивают поддержание субатмосферного давления в поврежденной ткани спинного мозга в течение времени, достаточного для уменьшения отека спинного мозга.
19. Способ по п.1, в котором обеспечивают поддержание субатмосферного давления на уровне примерно на 25 мм рт.ст. ниже атмосферного.
20. Способ по п.1, в котором обеспечивают поддержание субатмосферного давления на уровне по меньшей мере примерно на 25 мм рт.ст. ниже атмосферного.
21. Способ по п.1, в котором обеспечивают поддержание в поврежденной ткани спинного мозга субатмосферного давления на уровне примерно от 25 до 75 мм рт.ст. ниже атмосферного.
22. Способ по п.1, в котором размещение пористого материала по месту вблизи поврежденной ткани предусматривает размещение над областью повреждения спинного мозга покрытия и уплотнение этого покрытия к ткани, расположенной вблизи от поврежденной ткани спинного мозга, для поддержания в ней субатмосферного давления.
23. Способ по п.22, в котором покрытие имеет отверстие отсоса для получения субатмосферного давления из вакуумной системы, и на шаге функционального соединения вакуумной системы с пористым материалом подключают вакуумную систему к этому отверстию отсоса.
24. Способ по п.22, в котором на шаге уплотнения покрытия к ткани осуществляют его герметичное приклеивание к ткани, окружающей поврежденную ткань спинного мозга.
25. Способ по п.22, в котором на шаге размещения покрытия накладывают на поврежденную ткань спинного мозга самоклеящийся лист, а на шаге уплотнения покрытия герметично приклеивают гибкий самоклеящийся лист к ткани, окружающей поврежденную ткань спинного мозга, с образованием между этим листом и этой тканью герметичного соединения.
26. Устройство для лечения повреждений ткани спинного мозга, содержащее:
пористый материал, встраивающийся в биологические среды, имеющий пористую структуру и позволяющий газам проникать между одной или несколькими порами этого материала и подвергаемой лечению тканью спинного мозга, причем указанный пористый материал имеет, по меньшей мере на определенной поверхности, расположенной вблизи от поврежденной ткани спинного мозга, поры, достаточно мелкие для предотвращения прорастания в них ткани, и
источник разряжения для создания субатмосферного давления, который расположен с возможностью обеспечения газового сообщения с пористым материалом для подвода субатмосферного давления к подвергаемой лечению ткани спинного мозга.
27. Устройство по п.26, в котором указанный пористый материал включает коллаген с открытыми порами.
28. Устройство по п.26, в котором указанный пористый материал включает полидиолцитрат.
29. Устройство по п.26, в котором указанный пористый материал включает полидиолцитрат и коллаген.
30. Устройство по п.26, в котором указанный пористый материал включает эластин, гиалуроновую кислоту, альгинаты или их сочетания.
31. Устройство по п.26, в котором указанный пористый материал включает электроспряденный материал.
32. Устройство по п.26, в котором указанный пористый материал включает литой материал.
33. Устройство по п.26, в котором указанный пористый материал включает материал, подвергнутый технологии печати.
34. Устройство по любому из пп.26-33, в котором указанный пористый материал имеет, по меньшей мере на определенной поверхности, расположенной вблизи от поврежденной ткани спинного мозга, поры, размером превышающие размер фибробластов и клеток спинного мозга.
35. Устройство по любому из пп.26-33, в котором указанный пористый материал имеет на внутренней стороне поры, размером превышающие размер фибробластов и клеток спинного мозга.
36. Устройство по любому из пп.26-33, в котором указанный пористый материал имеет на поверхностях, отличающихся от упомянутой определенной поверхности, поры, размером превышающие размер фибробластов и клеток спинного мозга.
37. Устройство по любому из пп.26-33, в котором размер пор указанного пористого материала достаточно крупен, чтобы обеспечить движение через них белков, размером соответствующих молекуле альбумина.
38. Устройство по любому из пп.26-33, в котором указанный пористый материал имеет по меньшей мере одну поверхность, уплотненную для предотвращения распространения через нее субатмосферного давления.
39. Устройство по любому из пп.26-33, в котором указанный пористый материал имеет размер пор, достаточно крупный, чтобы способствовать формированию грануляционной ткани на других, помимо указанной определенной, поверхностях пористого материала.
40. Устройство по п.26, в котором источник разряжения включает вакуумный насос.
41. Устройство по любому из пп.26-33, в котором имеется покрытие, приспособленное для закрытия поврежденной ткани спинного мозга для поддержания под покрытием над поврежденной тканью спинного мозга субатмосферного давления.
42. Устройство по п.41, в котором указанное покрытие представляет собой гибкий самоклеящийся лист.
