11. Продукт типа напитка по п.1, в котором стевиогликозидом является ребаудиозид А, а продукт типа напитка имеет титруемую кислотность от 8,75 до 10,5 и рН от 2,8 до 3,3.
12. Продукт типа напитка по п.11, дополнительно содержащий по меньшей мере стевиогликозид, выбранный из группы, включающей стевиозид, стевиобиозид, дульцит А, ребаудиозид В, ребаудиозид С, ребаудиозид D, ребаудиозид Е и их смесей.
13. Продукт типа напитка по п.11, дополнительно содержащий тагатозу.
14. Продукт типа напитка по п.11, в котором содержится эритрит в количестве от 1,0 до 4,5% по весу.
15. Продукт типа напитка по п.11, в котором содержится эритрит в количестве от 2,5 до 3,5% по весу.
16. Продукт типа напитка по п.11, в котором содержится эритрит в количестве от 2,8 до 3,5% по весу.
17. Продукт типа напитка по п.11, в котором по меньшей мере одну кислоту выбирают из группы, включающей лимонную кислоту, фосфорную кислоту, яблочную кислоту, винную кислоту, молочную кислоту, фумаровую кислоту, аскорбиновую кислоту, глюконовую кислоту, янтарную кислоту, малеиновую кислоту, адипиновую кислоту, коричную кислоту, глутаровую кислоту и смеси любых из них.
18. Продукт типа напитка по п.17, в котором по меньшей мере одной кислотой является смесь фосфорной кислоты и лимонной кислоты.
19. Продукт типа напитка по п.11, в котором содержится по меньшей мере одна кислота в количестве от 0,01 до 1,0% по весу.
20. Продукт типа напитка по п.11, в котором содержится по меньшей мере одна кислота в количестве от 0,05 до около 0,05% по весу.
21. Продукт типа напитка по п.11, в котором содержится по меньшей мере одна кислота в количестве от 1 до 0,25% по весу.
22. Продукт типа напитка по п.11, имеющий титруемую кислотность от 9 до 10.
23. Продукт типа напитка по п.11, имеющий титруемую кислотность, равную 9.
24. Продукт типа напитка по п.11, имеющий рН от 3,0 до 3,2.
25. Продукт типа напитка по п.11, в котором продукт типа напитка является прозрачным.

27. Натуральный напиток, содержащий ребаудиозид А, эритрит и по меньшей мере одну кислоту, при этом натуральный напиток имеет титруемую кислотность от 8,75 до 10,25 и рН от 2,8 до 3,3.
28. Концентрат для производства напитков, содержащий ребаудиозид А, эритрит и по меньшей мере одну кислоту, при этом после соединения концентрата для производства напитков с водой получают напиток полной крепости, имеющий титруемую кислотность от 8,75 до 10,25 и рН от 2,8 до 3,3.
