Claims (11)
1. Способ улучшения свойств носителя для катализатора при обработке, причем эту обработку осуществляют на одном или более материалах, из которых получают носитель, и/или на готовом носителе, при этом обработка эффективна для снижения концентрации одной или более ионизуемых частиц, находящихся на поверхности готового носителя, при этом снижение выражают в виде уменьшения относительной концентрации атомов Na и/или Si, определенной рентгеновской фотоэлектронной спектроскопией (РФС), которую проводят на необработанном и обработанном носителе, по меньшей мере, на 5%.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что обработку осуществляют методом, эффективным для перевода ионизуемых частиц в ионное состояние, или перевода ионизуемых частиц в нерастворимое состояние, или перевода ионизуемых частиц в стационарное состояние.
3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый метод выбирают из промывания, ионного обмена, испарения, осаждения, комплексообразования и их сочетания.
4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что упомянутое промывание проводят с использованием водного раствора, и/или раствора на основе органического растворителя, выбранного из воды, гидроксида тетраэтиламмония, ацетата аммония, карбоната лития, ацетата бария, ацетата стронция, краун-эфира, метанола, этанола, диметилформамида и их смесей.
5. Способ по любому из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что обработку для снижения концентрации сопровождают стадией сушки.
6. Способ получения катализатора путем нанесения каталитически эффективного количества одного или более каталитически активных металлов и, необязательно, одного или более промотирующих веществ на носитель, полученный по способу по любому из пп.1-5.
7. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что нанесение упомянутых каталитически активного металла и необязательного промотирующего вещества достигают путем погружения упомянутого носителя в раствор для пропитки, в котором активность водородных ионов снижена.
8. Способ по п.6 или 7, отличающийся тем, что катализатор пригоден для эпоксидирования алкена в газовой фазе.
9. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что катализатор пригоден для эпоксидирования этилена в оксид этилена, содержит серебро в качестве основного каталитически активного металла на носителе на основе оксида алюминия.
10. Способ каталитического эпоксидирования алкена кислородсодержащим газом, в котором используют катализатор, полученный по п.6 или 7.
11. Способ по п.10, отличающийся тем, что к кислородсодержащему газу добавляют, по меньшей мере, один из оксидов азота.
