Claims (9)

1. Носитель катализатора со скоростью солюбилизации натрия, определенной по количеству, выделившемуся при погружении в 3:1 мас./мас. кипящей воды, составляющему не более 5 мас.ч. на млн, из расчета на общую массу носителя, за 5 мин.
2. Способ получения носителя катализатора по п.1, в котором упомянутую скорость солюбилизации натрия достигают методом, эффективным для перевода ионизуемых частиц, находящихся на поверхности носителя, в ионное состояние, и удалении, по меньшей мере, части этих частиц, или перевода ионизуемых частиц в нерастворимое состояние, или перевода ионизуемых частиц в стационарное состояние.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором упомянутый метод выбирают из промывания, ионного обмена, испарения, удаления примесей, осаждения, комплексообразования и их сочетания.
4. Катализатор, содержащий носитель по п.1 и один или более каталитически активных металлов и, необязательно, одно или более промотирующих веществ, нанесенных на упомянутый носитель.
5. Катализатор по п.4, отличающийся тем, что он пригоден для эпоксидирования олефинов в газовой фазе.
6. Катализатор по п.5, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый носитель является носителем на основе оксида алюминия, а упомянутый каталитически активный металл представляет собой серебро.
7. Способ получения катализатора по любому из пп.4-6, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый каталитически активный металл наносят на упомянутый носитель путем погружения этого носителя в раствор для пропитки, активность водородных ионов в котором снижена.
8. Способ каталитического эпоксидирования алкена кислородсодержащим газом, в котором используют катализатор по любому из пп.4-6, или катализатор, полученный по п.7.
9. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что к кислородсодержащему газу добавляют, по меньшей мере, один из оксидов азота.
