収性のガーゼ型材料による被覆によって伝統的に行われ
て来た。この方法で、創傷はその治癒過程の期間中ずっ
と“清浄かつ乾燥”に保たれる。

反対に創傷周辺の湿ったミクロ環境が好ましいという考

次第に受け入れられて来たのにつれて、湿った創傷ミク
ロ環境を促進する創傷包帯が市場に入って来った。

実施例1:吸収シートの製造 本発明の多孔性層はミトラタン（MitrathaneTM） M 1
200のようなセグメント型ポリウレタンから製造され
る。この物質は固形分20重量％のジメチルアセトアミド
（DMAC）溶液として発売されている。このミトラタン
（MitrathaneTM）溶液へ、ポリビニルピロリドン（PV
P）（分子量360,000）のDMAC溶液を、混合物の全固形分
がDMAC中15重量％〔12％ミトラタン（MitrathaneTM） M
1020、３％PVP〕になるように添加する。生成した混合
物の21℃に於て得られた粘度はブルックフィールド粘度
計で測定するとき約1,500〜2,500cpの範囲内である。こ
の混合物を基板上に約1.25mm（0.05in）の各目上の厚さ
に注型する。ギルディング（Gilding）らの米国特許第
4,704,130号に記載されているような公知の方法で、基
体と注型溶液とを約15〜25℃の水浴中に浸漬する。水浴
中にある間に溶液からポリマーが沈殿する。水浴中で経
過した時間は約５〜約30分である。かくして得られた多
孔性シートを、拘束されつつある間に、強制熱風乾燥器
中で約45〜約55℃に於て約２時間乾燥する。

表されている。この接着剤溶液を剥離紙上に広げて一様
なコーティングを得る。この剥離紙及び接着剤層を約45
〜約55℃の強制熱風乾燥器中に約２時間入れて残留溶媒
を除去する。接着剤層は、約12g/2の最終接着剤コーテ
ィング重量が得られるように注型される。

実施例4:創傷包帯の製造 吸収性創傷包帯を製造するため、上記実施例１〜３に
よって製造したそれぞれのシート及び層を下記のように
集める。

て強制熱風乾燥中に約25〜約35分間入れる。この熱処理
によって存在する可能性のある結合用溶媒が除去され
