Description
本開示は、2021年10月15日に出願された米国仮特許出願第63/256,521号に基づく優先権の利益を主張するものである。
図1~図10の実施形態を参照すると、ヒールカウンタ32は圧縮性ヒールカップ52を含むことができ、圧縮性ヒールカップ52は、アッパー16の内部構成要素とすることも、ヒールカップ52が足に接触するようにアッパー16の内側ライニング46の一部又は内側ライニング46に隣接するアタッチメントとすることも、或いはアッパー16の外層42の一部又は外層42の外面のアタッチメントとすることもできる。
1つの例示的な実施形態では、靴12が、図11~図13に示すようなシューアッパー16の後部36に位置するヒールカウンタ32を有することができる。ヒールカウンタ32はヒールカップ52を含むことができ、ヒールカップ52は、アッパー16の内部構成要素とすることも、ヒールカップ52が足に接触するようにアッパー16の内側ライニング46の一部又は内側ライニング46に隣接するアタッチメントとすることも、或いはアッパー16の外層42の一部又はアッパー16の外層42の外面のアタッチメントとすることもできる。
いくつかの実施形態では、ユーザが靴を履く時に、場合によってはユーザの足の甲がインステップの一部又はタンを部分的にスロートエリア(throat area)内に引き込むのを防ぐのに役立つように、インステップサポートを使用することができる。
いくつかの実施形態では、ヒールカウンタ及びヒール/アンクルカラーの内面が、発泡層などの圧縮性層を有する部分を有することができる。圧縮性層は、靴開口部内に広がることができる。圧縮性層は、靴の着脱中に荷重下で圧縮される。発泡層は、靴に足が挿入された後には完全に又は部分的に膨張して非圧縮状態になり、このような膨張は靴内における足の固定を強化することができる。
別の例示的な実施形態では、図20~図22に示すように、ヒールカウンタサポート96が部分的に靴の外層を形成して、アッパー16のヒール部分の周囲で靴の内側クォータから靴の外側クォータに広がることができる。他の実施形態では、ヒールカウンタサポートが、クォータの一部に沿って、クォータ全体に沿って、又はクォータ全体に沿って靴のバンプ部分までさらに広がることができる。ヒールカウンタサポート96は、靴の異なる領域で高さが変化することができる。例示的な実施形態では、ヒールカウンタサポート96の内側端及び外側端の高さが、ソール14の真上のアッパー16のベースにかけて徐々に減少する。ヒールカウンタサポート96は、アッパーのヒール部分の内側面における最大高さの内側領域と、アッパーのヒール部分の外側面における最大高さの外側領域とを有することができる。ヒールカウンタサポート96は、アッパー16の高さの少なくとも一部を延長させる。例示的な実施形態では、アッパー16の内側及び外側ヒール部分98の高さがラスティング面(lasting surface)116から約5センチメートルであり、ヒール部分の内側面及び外側面のヒールカウンタサポート96の最大高さがラスティング面116から約3センチメートルである。ヒールカウンタサポート96は、その最大高さの領域からアッパー16のヒール部分98の後部に沿ったほぼ均一な高さの領域にかけて徐々に高さが減少することができる。例示的な実施形態では、アッパー16のヒール部分98に沿った高さがラスティング面116の上方約3センチメートルまで延び、ヒールカウンタサポート96の後部を形成する部分のほぼ均一な高さがラスティング面116の上方約2センチメートルである。
Claims (14)

前記発泡アンクルカラーは、前記足を受け入れる靴開口部の周り及び上に少なくとも部分的に延び、
前記アンクルカラーは、足の挿入中にユーザの踵によって圧縮され、前記足が挿入されると前記ユーザの足首に圧力を加えることができ、
前記アンクルカラーは、前記アンクルカラーの長さに沿って、前記最上部領域から前記履物物品の前方に向かって下向きの角度を形成する平坦な領域を有し、
前記アンクルカラーは、ヒールカップの内面の少なくとも一部に沿って配置され、
前記ヒールカップは、靴べら状の構成を有するように構成され、
前記アンクルカラーは、圧縮されていないときに前記靴開口部の大きさを減少させ、
前記ヒールカップは第1の構成を有し、
前記ヒールカップは、ユーザが前記履物物品を履いている時に前記ユーザの足の荷重下で第2の構成に変形することができ、
前記ヒールカップは、前記ユーザの足が前記履物物品内に完全に挿入された後に前記第1の構成に自動的に戻ることができ、
