少なくとも1つの第1の分析デバイスによって、測定された尿の値を分析するステップ;
少なくとも1つの第1の計算デバイスを用いて、測定・分析された尿の値に基づいて各患者(2)に投与される薬剤の第1の薬剤パラメータを計算するステップ;および、
少なくとも1つの供給デバイスを用いて計算された共通の薬剤パラメータで各薬剤を供給するステップ。
長所と特徴が図面とともに以下の記載から生じる。
集中治療中の患者2は、1つ以上の測定デバイス4、7、8、または9を用いて、彼の尿の値を優先しながらさまざまな角度から分析されることができる。
血液の値は、参照符号6bによって示される。
第3の測定デバイス4を用いて、望ましくはセンサを用いて、自動的にECGとEEGの値および同様の値のような生体パラメータが第3の分析デバイス5で分析されて決定される。
人類は、様々な方法で体液を排出することが知られている。まず、尿と傷の分泌物が取り除かれ、集中治療中の患者のために自動的にかつ直接測定される。直接測定可能な体液に加えて、呼吸によって排出される水蒸気、身体の皮膚を通る蒸発、および排せつ物による体液の排出などのように間接的に確立される追加的な体液がある。これらの体液の量は、体表面積と体温などを考慮に入れた生理学的モデルによって決定される。
第3の計算デバイス13を用いて、測定された尿および/または血液の値に基づいて注入システム1によって投与される薬剤と栄養素のために薬剤パラメータと栄養素パラメータを計算することができる。
計算された薬剤パラメータと栄養素パラメータは、有線または無線で、望ましくは暗号化されて注入システム1へ参照符号15、16、および17に従って送信される。
全ての計算デバイス11、12、および13は共通計算デバイスと組み合わされる。
異なる測定デバイスによって矛盾する値が測定される場合、計算デバイス11、12、および13はこれらを考慮に入れて個々の測定デバイスの重み付けとそこで測定された値とを考慮して対応する訂正を適用することができる。

Claims (11)
- 患者のための薬剤投与システムであって、
前記患者(2)の尿の値を測定するための少なくとも1つの第1の測定デバイス(7、8)と、
測定された前記尿の値(6)を分析するための少なくとも1つの第1の分析デバイス(6)と、
測定・分析された前記尿の値(6a)に基づいて前記各患者(2)に投与される薬剤の第1の薬剤パラメータを計算するための少なくとも1つの第1の計算デバイス(13)と、
計算された共通の薬剤パラメータで各薬剤を供給するための少なくとも1つの供給デバイス(1)と、
を備えることを特徴とする薬剤投与システム。 - 尿の値(6a)、pH値、タンパク質含有量、尿のグルコース含有量、尿の硝酸塩含有量、尿のビリルビン含有量、尿のケトン含有量、尿の細菌量、および/または尿沈渣結果を前記第1の測定デバイス(7、8)で測定することができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬剤投与システム。
- 前記患者(2)によって排出される尿の量を測定するための第2の測定デバイス(9)と、当該第2の測定デバイス(9)に接続されており、測定された前記尿の量を分析するための第2の分析デバイス(10)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の薬剤投与システム。
- 前記患者(2)の傷から取り除かれた分泌物の量を前記第2の測定デバイス(9)で測定し、前記第2の分析デバイス(10)によって分析することができることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の薬剤投与システム。
- 測定・分析された尿の量と測定・分析された分泌物の量のような排出された体液の量から、および供給される液体薬剤のような供給される液体の量から前記患者(2)の身体の体液平衡を計算し、かつ第2の薬剤パラメータを計算するための第2の計算デバイス(11)を備えることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の薬剤投与システム。
- ECG、EEGなどのデータのような前記患者(2)の生体の値を測定するための第3の測定デバイス(4)と、当該第3の測定デバイス(4)に接続されており、測定された前記生体の値を分析するための第3の分析デバイス(5)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤投与システム。
- 測定・分析された前記生体の値に基づいて第3の薬剤パラメータを計算するための第3の計算デバイス(12)を備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の薬剤投与システム。
- 前記第1の薬剤パラメータ、前記第2の薬剤パラメータ、および前記第3の薬剤パラメータから共通の薬剤パラメータを計算する共通計算デバイスを備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の薬剤投与システム。
- 前記患者(2)の血液の値(6b)を前記第1の測定デバイス(7、8)で測定し、前記第1の分析デバイス(6)によって分析し、前記第1の計算デバイス(13)を使って前記第1の薬剤パラメータを計算することを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤投与システム。
- 患者(2)に薬剤を投与するための薬剤投与方法であって、
少なくとも1つの第1の測定デバイス(7、8)によって前記患者(2)の尿の値を測定するステップと、
少なくとも1つの第1の分析デバイス(6)によって、測定された前記尿の値(6a)を分析するステップと、
少なくとも1つの第1の計算デバイス(13)を用いて、測定・分析された前記尿の値(6a)に基づいて前記各患者(2)に投与される薬剤の第1の薬剤パラメータを計算するステップと、
少なくとも1つの供給デバイス(1)を用いて計算された共通の薬剤パラメータで各薬剤を供給するステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする薬剤投与方法。 - 前記患者(2)の身体の体液平衡が、排出された前記体液の測定と計算、および供給された前記液体の測定と計算によって計算されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の薬剤投与方法。
