Abstract
Description
− 分散液に溶解して存在する1種又は複数種の少なくとも二塩基性のヒドロキシカルボン酸と、リン酸水素ジアルカリ金属及び/又はリン酸二水素アルカリ金属の少なくとも1種の塩とを、比表面積1m2当たり0.3〜3×10−6molの量で最初に水に導入し、
− 分散液中の所望の量に相当する酸化アルミニウム粒子を一度に少量ずつ又は連続して添加し、
− 1000KJ/m3を上回るエネルギー入力により分散する製造方法である。
分析手順
Parr−Physica社のCC27測定システムを備えたMCR300装置を用いて、0.01〜1000sec−1の剪断速度及び23℃での粘度を測定する。10sec−1及び100sec−1における粘度の値が示される。
実施例1(本発明による):34.7kgの脱イオン化された水を60リットル容量のステンレス鋼バッチ容器内に入れる。次に、Degussa社の7.0kgのAEROXIDE(登録商標)Alu65(BET65m2/g)を、剪断条件下で、Ystral Conti−TDS3(ステータースリット:4mm環及び1mm環、ローター/ステーター間隔 約1mm)の吸込管を用いて吸引する。更に、1.80kgの無水クエン酸、1.49kgのリン酸水素二ナトリウム二水和物及び10kgの水の13.3kgの溶液を添加し、更に65.0kgのAEROXIDE(登録商標)Alu65を吸引する。吸引の完了後に、吸込コネクタを閉じて、更に10分間3000rpmで剪断を続ける。粉砕後に、108gのActicide(登録商標)MV、THOR社を防腐剤として添加する。この予備分散液を、2500バールの圧力でSugino Ultimaizer HJP−25050の高エネルギーのミルを通して、かつ直径0.3mmのダイアモンドノズルを用いて2つの通路内に導通し、これにより更に集中的に粉砕する。
Claims (12)
- 比表面積が5〜200m2/gの1種又は複数種の酸化アルミニウム粉末を水相に分散することによって得られた、5〜9のpH範囲において安定であり且つ少なくとも40質量%の酸化アルミニウム含量を有する酸化アルミニウム分散液であって、前記水相に分散液に溶解して存在する1種又は複数種の少なくとも二塩基性のヒドロキシカルボン酸と、リン酸水素ジアルカリ金属及び/又はリン酸二水素アルカリ金属の少なくとも1種の塩とが、それぞれ相互に無関係に酸化アルミニウム比表面積1m2当たり0.3〜3×10−6molの量で添加される、酸化アルミニウム分散液。
- 酸化アルミニウム粉末が熱分解により生成したことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の酸化アルミニウム分散液。
- 酸化アルミニウム粉末が4パーセントの分散液で3〜5のpH値を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の酸化アルミニウム分散液。
- 酸化アルミニウム粒子が100nm未満の平均凝集体直径d50を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の酸化アルミニウム分散液。
- 1μmを上回る直径を有する粒子が存在しないことを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の酸化アルミニウム分散液。
- 酸化アルミニウム含量が40〜60質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の酸化アルミニウム分散液。
- pH値が6〜8であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の酸化アルミニウム分散液。
- ゼータ電位が−15mV未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の酸化アルミニウム分散液。
- 分散液に溶解して存在する少なくとも二塩基性のヒドロキシカルボン酸がクエン酸又は酒石酸であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の酸化アルミニウム分散液。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の酸化アルミニウム分散液の製造方法において、
− 分散液に溶解して存在する1種又は複数種の少なくとも二塩基性のヒドロキシカルボン酸と、リン酸水素ジアルカリ金属及び/又はリン酸二水素アルカリ金属の少なくとも1種の塩とを、比表面積1m2当たり0.3〜3×10−6molの量で最初に水に導入し、
− 分散液中の所望の量に相当する酸化アルミニウム粒子を一度に少量ずつ又は連続して添加し、
− 1000KJ/m3を上回るエネルギー入力により分散することを特徴とする、製造方法。 - 最初に分散を1000KJ/m3未満のエネルギー入力により実施し、予備分散液を形成させ、該予備分散液を少なくとも2つの部分流に分け、これらの部分流を少なくとも500バールの圧力下の高エネルギーのミル内に置き、ノズルを介して解放し、そしてガス又は液体が充填した反応チャンバ内で互いに衝突させ、そして高エネルギーの磨砕を一回又は複数回任意に繰り返すことを特徴とする、請求項10記載の方法。
- ガラス、セラミック及び金属表面を被覆するための並びに塗料を製造するための請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の酸化アルミニウム分散液の使用。
