Abstract

1361689 Liquid developing apparatus FUJI PHOTO FILM CO Ltd 30 Dec 1971 [30 Dec 1970] 60825/71 Heading G2H An electrostatic latent image bearing sheet 1 is fed between transport rollers 3-10 and elec- trode rollers 11-18; auxiliary rollers 20-24 (or plates) being located between the transport rollers so that rollers 3-10 and 20-24 together with side plates (101, 102), Fig.2 (not shown) form a reservoir for developer liquid fed from nozzles 25-29. Auxiliary electrode rollers 35 may also be provided. Endless belts 19 preferably extend around the rollers to engage the edges of the sheet. The belts may be earthed. Excess liquid is removed by an air nozzle 36 and a wiper 37 Figs.4, 5, 6 (not shown) show alternative details.
