Abstract

1,178,886. Cushions &c. REGIE NATIONALE DES USINES RENAULT. 11 May, 1967 [6 July, 1966], No. 22024/67. Heading A4M. [Also in Division B5] A seat cushion (shown inverted in a mould) comprises a block of foam 16 and a piece of textile fabric 11 adhering to the top of the foam, the edges of the textile fabric being turned in and attached to a fixing strip of a flexible beading 6. The textile material may be sewn to the fixing strip and the two are buried in the foam. The sides of the cushion 9 are an elastomeric skin integral with the foam which is preferably a polyurethane.
