PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE RESINAS DE CLORURO DE POLIVINILO POR POLIMERIZACION DE SUSPENSION DE MONOMERO DE CLORURO DE VINILO O UNA MEZCLA DE MONOMEROS EN UN MEDIO ACUOSO. CONSISTENTE EN REALIZAR LA POLIMERIZACION DE SUSPENSION UTILIZANDO UN INICIADOR DE POLIMERIZACION, QUE ES UN PEROXIDO ORGANICO SOLUBLE EN EL MONOMERO Y CON UNA SOLUBILIDAD EN AGUA DE, POR LO MENOS, 0,2 POR 100 DE PESO A 20GC. ASIMISMO, SE REVISTEN PREVIAMENTE LAS PARADAS INTERIORES DEL REACTOR CON UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA QUE CONTIENE UN TINTE ORGANICO, DESECANDOSE A CONTINUACION. ES ESENCIAL AÑADIR A LA MEZCLA DE POLIMERIZACION UN TIPO DE TIOCIANATOS SOLUBLES EN AGUA, SIENDO ADECUADOS LOS TIOCIANATOS ALCALINO Y ALCALINOTERREOS, EN CANTIDAD DE 500 PARTES POR MILLON, COMO LIMITE SUPERIOR, PREFERENTEMENTE 100 PARTES POR MILLON DE PESO BASADO EN EL MONOMERO O EN LA MEZCLA DE MONOMEROS.
