Definitions

  • the invention relates to a securing element for on a panel support of a household appliance pivotally mounted actuators.
  • pivotable actuators of a dishwasher e.g. a handle shell cover
  • a handle shell cover associated by this Verschwenk institute, e.g. Bolts which engage in bearing elements on the screen carrier, arranged pivotally on the screen carrier, wherein the bolts are secured by mounting in the crimping in their bearing elements after mounting the handle shell cover.
  • a disadvantage of this type of fuse is that in this way the pivoting elements and thus the actuators are inseparably connected to the diaphragm support so that in case of service, the entire diaphragm support and not only defective actuators must be replaced.
  • An aperture support according to the preamble of the independent claim is already known from the document EP-A-0 960 996.
  • an actuating element arranged on the screen carrier of a dishwasher preferably a handle shell cover
  • pivoting elements provided for this, e.g. in a bearing element engaging bolt, pivotally mounted on the screen carrier.
  • the bolt engages in a bearing element assigned to it, which is arranged on the cover carrier or on the handle shell cover and thereby forms a hinge.
  • the hinge allows the pivoting movement of the actuating element, in particular the handle shell cover.
  • the pivoting of the handle shell cover is done by manual intervention in these and acts on the unlocking mechanism of the door.
  • the securing of the pivoting elements is preferably carried out by a spring element which is arranged in the immediate vicinity of the pivoting elements.
  • the spring element essentially assumes a mounting position or a securing position. In the securing position, the spring prevents the unintentional release of the pivoting elements against each other by indirectly or directly serving as a stop at least one of the interlocking pivoting elements. In the mounting position, the spring no longer acts as a stop on the interlocking pivoting elements, thus, for example, the bolt from his.Lagerelement and thus the handle shell cover can be solved by the panel carrier.
  • Such a fuse in addition to the re-solubility has the further advantage that over the known solution, the backup function does not have to be introduced in an additional assembly step, so that a cost reduction is achieved.
  • the spring element assumes a largely reduced-voltage state in the securing position, which is free of manually applied voltage, certain voltages, e.g. by the adjacent actuator or the adjacent pivoting elements are unavoidable. However, in order to move the spring element from the securing position into the mounting position and thus abandon the stop function of the spring element on pivoting or actuating elements, a force acting on the spring element, e.g. by manually bending this, apply.
  • the aforesaid force no longer acts on the spring element in the assembly position, it relaxes and automatically returns to the securing position, provided that it encounters no obstacles, e.g. can arise as a result of the fact that the pivoting elements do not mesh correctly with one another after assembly and so to speak stand in the way of the spring element.
  • the entire design parameters of the spring element are designed so that the transfer of the spring from the securing position to the mounting position and vice versa is repeated several times, so that an actuating element can be replaced several times individually or can be repeatedly corrected in its position during the assembly process.
  • the bending spring as a leaf spring, coil springs, torsion springs, disc springs and other bending springs, are preferred for the used material plastic, in particular for its processing in injection rather unsuitable, since manufacturing technically complex and expensive to produce.
  • the leaf spring has at least one leg, in principle, several legs are conceivable, but these make the production of the spring element with the diaphragm support more complicated and expensive, so that preferably a leaf spring leg is arranged.
  • the bend of the leaf spring leg is between the clamping point and its other free tail.
  • the stop and thus the contact surface of the spring element to the pivoting elements or pivoting elements receiving portions to arrange the actuator in the vicinity of the bend and not at the clamping, since in this arrangement, not the entire spring leg from the securing position must be bent or pressed into the mounting position, and the recess for receiving the spring leg in the mounting position can be kept correspondingly small.
  • the Federelement mit the diaphragm support as already mentioned above in one piece and injection molded from plastic.
  • the material used for the spring element can be modified, this being done by reinforcing agents, fillers, auxiliaries, aging hammers and / or stabilizers.
  • the handle shell cover is a large-volume actuator with appropriate mass, which is symmetrical with respect to a vertical center line, it makes sense to provide two hinges, which are also symmetrical to each other and through which an axis passes, around which the pivoting movement of the handle shell cover. Since both hinges are spaced from each other, each of these must be secured by a respective spring element to prevent inadvertent release of the handle shell cover by violent manual intervention in this.
  • FIG. 1 shows the section of a panel support 1, which is arranged in the upper region of a dishwasher door, on which a handle shell cover 2 is arranged pivotably as an actuating element.
  • the handle shell cover 2 has laterally two guide webs 3, each receiving at one end a bolt 4 and these each engage in a provided on the panel support 1 bearing element 5.
  • Bolt 4 and bearing elements 5 form in this embodiment, the pivoting elements, which face each other symmetrically to a vertical center line, not shown by the handle shell cover 2. Through the line connecting the centers of both bolts 4, the pivot axis of the handle shell cover 2 extends, wherein the pivoting takes place in the direction of the arrow 14.
  • a spring element 6 is arranged in the immediate vicinity of the pivoting elements and in direct contact with the non-visible clamping points of the bolt 4 in the guide webs 3 of the handle shell cover 2 lying in the pivot axis and on both sides of the handle shell cover depending a spring element 6 is arranged.
  • the spring elements 6 are in the securing position, wherein this can be seen in the drawing of FIG 1 only on the left spring element 6.
  • the spring elements 6 are also designed as a leaf spring 6a, which is shown in Figures 2 and 3 better recognizable.
  • the leaf springs 6a are executed with the diaphragm support 1 in one piece.
  • the leaf spring 6a has a leaf spring leg 9 with a bend 9a. Due to the bend 9a of the leaf spring leg 9 is spaced from the back of the front facing surface 10 of the diaphragm support 1 different.
  • the clamping point 11 of the leaf spring 6a is located on the back of the front facing surface 10 of the diaphragm support 1, seen from here, the bend 9a of the leaf spring leg takes place from the back of the front facing surface 10 of the diaphragm support 1 away.
  • a recess 12 is provided such that it receives the leaf spring leg 9 in the mounting position.
  • the end of the leaf spring leg 9a serves the bolt 4 (visible in Figure 1) receiving guide bar 3 as a stop and thus secures the pivoting elements, bolts 4 and bearing element 5, and thus the handle shell cover 2 against unintschreibter.Lösen.
  • the unillustrated cross-section of the leaf spring leg 9 is almost rectangular, the shorter side of this rectangle over the length of the leaf spring leg clamps a side surface of the leaf spring 6a, which partially forms the stop and thus the contact surface to the guide web 3 in the region of the bend 9a.
  • the free end of the leaf spring leg 9 is rounded.
  • FIG 3 shows a section as in FIG 2, wherein the leaf spring 6a is pressed in.Montagewolf.
  • a force represented by arrow 13 exerted on the leaf spring 6a, because after releasing the leaf spring 6a is otherwise automatically back in the securing position.
  • the mounting position of the leaf spring 6a allows a release of the pivoting elements, bolt 4 (visible in Fig.1) and bearing element 5, and thus the handle shell cover 2 from the panel support 1.
  • the handle shell cover 2 is first mounted to the mounting bracket 1 on his, the bolts 4 receiving guide webs 3 inward; the insertion of the bolt 4 in the provided bearing elements 5 on the panel support 1 takes place with depressed leaf spring 6a in the assembled position, the bolts 4 fit in their bearing elements 5, the guide webs 3 and the leaf springs 6a are released and the leaf springs 6a move automatically in the backup position.
  • the spring element 6 or 6a may have material modifications in the form of reinforcing materials and / or stabilizers and / or auxiliaries and / or additives and / or aging hammers, which ensure an even better long-term functional stability and functional reliability of the spring element 6 or 6a with all other designed design parameters .
  • the bolts 4 are arranged on the cover carrier 1 and the bearing elements 5 on the handle shell cover 2 or the direction of Caribbean repeatedly, the spring 6 and 6a is in to arrange these cases as a stop, the arrangement is to be chosen so that it prevents release of the pivoting elements, which may be equipped in one piece or in several parts.
  • any other than said pivoting elements (bolt 4, bearing element 5) any actuating element pivotally coupled to the diaphragm support 1 and this is secured by at least one spring element 6 and 6a.
